Ordered 3 #1's only to get them without the gc sauce on the side and the 3rd mislabled. At least the young lady at the front counter put 2 sides of gc sauce in the bag.

I placed a order for a smothered burrito it came in a little boat with cheese and barley wet with chilie. Why do I pay extra for the smother when there is no more chilie than if it was inside. This is the 3rd time using this store. I'm done for good unless something is

Since it was an online order, they cannot issue a refund and I need to call corporate. Corporate goes straight to voicemail during business hours. There is no where in the app to contact customer service or get a refund. Don’t use the app, or you may find yourself in my shoes. Try a different Blake’s.

Ordered 2 of their green chili cheeseburgers and when I got home they had only put one in the bag. Had to drive all the way back to get second Burger and they showed absolutely no empathy. If anything they seemed annoyed. Not sure how they didn't even realize there was a burger missing. Smaller portions and service has gotten really bad. I may have to think twice about going back, at least to this location.

I walked in and placed an order to go and both Marcus and Mars were helpful and attentive when taking my order. I watched them make my food while I waited and enjoyed a nice conversation with them both. My order was neatly packed and I enjoyed it at home. I was happy with the experience from start to finish.

Nice little place for lunch. Tried it for the first time. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I ordered LOTA burger New Mexican style and it was very good. Much bigger then expected and definitely enough to fill hungry

This Blake's lota Burger is absolutely terrible its gone down hill. use to be really good and now the people they have running it. Obviously don't know what they're doing and have absolutely no customer service. They have messed up on my order so many times I can't even count. If you're wondering why I keep going back. It's because when it is made right it's actually really good food. The reason I haven't left reviews in the past is because I've never had to deal with trying to get money back for food. That was made wrong and for them to absolutely say there's nothing they can do. The shift leader which is named marcus is completely a moron. I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable. And honestly I don't even know how they're still in business with people like this.
