Rio Rancho Bob's Burger is a must stop. The red chile is so good. I get the frito pies, chilie cheese fries and hotdogs all with red chile. The hasbrown with red chile is good too. Try it all!

Had not ate Bobs for 6 months decided gonna eat frito pie, ordered it, I think it was made last week. No crunch in any frito even the ones without chile as if they lived in a rain forest softer than a biscuit. No more. Need to go back to when you first started. No regard for people who have decided to give you business and then this!

The Southern Rio Rancho location served us chile cheese fries hardly any chile with cold cheese straight out the cooler and advised that was “normal” for them to be cold. I have never eaten cold Chile cheese fries what a joke.

Average, I'm not sure if it's this particular location but I've been going to Bob's since I was younger and even worked at the location on 4th street. I remember the chilli 🌶 🌶 🌶 being hotter! I don't eat there very often nowa days and I think the last time I went it was at the location in Albuquerque @ San Mateo and Manuel. That locations food was and chilli was much better.
