Every time I go I ask for extra sauces, which I don’t mind paying for… but when I ask for ketchup and they give me 2 packets for an order that is $40 and ask more, they ALWAYS feel some type of away and then end up telling me I have to pay for ketchup . Lmao pleaaaaase

The app refused to give me bacon to start with. So I visited the restaurant. I was specific on my order and when I was at the pickup window, the guy repeated everything I ordered and I was happy. Hit home and didnt get what I ordered. Called the manager and she wanted me to go back after I got home. Wasn't going to happen and she didn't want to compensate for my fuel to go back fir what they forgot. I won't be back for a while. Quite a while.

I normally wouldn't do this however I was annoyed tonight. We spent well over $40 only to get home and open our bags to find the food was not correct. I ordered 3 Double Whoppers with cheese. We love the Whoppers with cheese! All 3 burgers had no cheese!! This is the second time this location has done this. Today it was just frustrating after a super long day and this was my dinner choice, only to be disappointed. Today was not my way!

They get your order wrong. You have to drive back.. they don’t believe you even though you show them their mess up, no compassion. They don’t care. They messed up twice but just gave up… let me exaggerate.. They DON’T care.

Just spent the last 10 minutes sitting at the drive thru and not a worker in sight. This location does not open at 6am. They may turn the lights on but no one is working. Which ok, but don’t lie and claim you open at 6 am

Literally pulled up 10:29 breakfast menu still on the screen tried to order 3 piece French toast sticks after church and girl refused said breakfast is over. Asked when breakfast ended she said 10:30… Again breakfast menu showing on drive up and if we’re being technical still within the time 10:30. Takes a couple second to put French toast sticks in the fryer or oven…

Get your ice cold, slimy fish sandwiches here. Ick! It looks like there was an attempt made at actually putting cheese and real tarter sauce on there, and the fillet seems real, giving it a 2 because at least I could heat it up. It's better than their old fish sandwich. I scraped off most of whatever gunk was on top and managed to eat it.
