Customer service is awful! I walked in and all four of them stare at you and not even bothering asking if you need help. The place has two customers so it’s not like they are busy. I mean how do you think you get paid…. By selling food not staring at customers.

I haven't been to Carl's Jr in a very long time and now I remember why. I ordered a Cali XL and I asked to hold the sauce. Once I got home and unwrapped my burger i noticed it only had one patty but one the menu it shows to as well as the commercial as well as online. My 1 patty was also cold. I tried reaching out my phone and all I get is a fax machine.

I’ve been here before and it wasn’t great but went back yesterday and had the best service I’ve had at a fast food place. The food was fresh, the service was amazing and the lobby looked great. Unbelievable service for fast food. 100% recommend coming here

The food was delicious and when I went inside the service was really fast and the cashiers were really nice, I went here at the exact store 5 months ago and service wasn’t this good I don’t know what happened in that time but this time i’ve went they have re-earned my respect
Very disappointing, we went through the drive through in order, a double western burger and a cali xl burger, no sauce add mustard. The Western bacon was cold and didn't have The Onion ring in it. And the Cali xl Burger was burnt, no mustard and no grilled onions. It looked as though there was conflict in there. We go here regularly & haven't had such a terrible meal.

We went through the drive through and unfortunately, our orders were all wrong. We ordered a cali burger with no special sauce And a Western bacon double Burger. The western double Burger was cold. In stiff and the caliber excel I requested it with mustard. There was no condiment at all, otherwise was lettuce and tomato and cheese. There was no grilled onions so I don't know the red. Be going back again, it was very disappointing. This is always been one of our favorite places.

Look if I could give negative review this would get one! The wait to get our order was stupid long. Over 30 minutes in line with 1 car in front of us and we placed our order online!! We paid for double patties and got ½ size! The bun is double the size of the meat. This is one place we will not return to. If you're going be prepared to be DISAPPOINTED!!!! Had we not been on the road to get to our destination i would have gone back to get my money back!
