I PRAY YOUR MANAGEMENT SEES THIS! UNACCEPTABLE!!I have never been to Carl’s Jr. ever as a vegetarian. My husband is not and has been before. So In my diet, I do allow fish and I was excited to try their new fish sandwich. My husband and I showed up to the restaurant thru the drive thru and was told thru the drive thru to order our food at the window.As we sat at the window, they continued to take other orders before us. We sat at the window for quite some time and decided to go inside.My husband went inside and asked for the manager, and he refused to give him his name. He observed that there was only one cook In the back, making all of the orders. The manager who chose to remain nameless was manning the register and drive-through. Those were the only employees working. period.Carl’s Jr with the nameless manager, ls located at the Walmart on Unser and southern needs to know how to schedule people right and not give managerial experience to people who are not equipped to be managers.Might want to take a look at your employees Mr Jr.we were treated like crap on fish Friday….Even after speaking with the manager, we were unable to still get our food, so we went to another place. We weren’t even able to order.

Where's the customer service? The food was warm not hot and fresh. Especially when they pulled my car and made me park and wait. Being greated at the menu board and the window, the employees were very rude, and I did not feel welcome. No manners at all. No please, or thank you, or have a good evening from any of the staff. I was a general manager at one time working for this franchise. The size of the drinks got smaller and the service sucks.I don't think I will come back due to over priced food and rude employees. I paid almost $15.00 for one western combo medium sized. I could have got twice the food at Wendy's or Panda for that much. It's so sad that this place is going down hill. I don't mind paying good money for food as long as I get good service and the food is actually fresh. That is one thing Carl's Jr. does not have anymore. I don't recommend anyone to eat here anymore.

I went through the drive through and got home and quickly tried to eat before I had to go back to work and the fries were cold, not that they weren't hot or warm, they were literally cold. No one else was in the drive through and it took a while so why ice cold fries?

I have often visited this location without issue, but recently the service level has decreased. I was pushed past my limit yesterday when ordering a beyond famous star combo and received a regular famous star combo. I choose a vegan lifestyle for many reasons, and first and foremost is my health and lifestyle. It was disappointing to receive a burger with meat after two plus years following a vegan diet. There are few fastfood restaurants in the United States that offer solid vegan options and I believe this is an opportunity for Carl's Jr to stand out amongst the crowd. For now I will not be visiting Carl's Jr for my dine-outs.
