We had a chai and a latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were good, especially for Rio Rancho (after living there for 6 years and just visiting this past Balloon Fiesta weekend). Not overcrowded, no loud music and not cramped. The service was exceptional, from the cashier to the barista to the guy who brought us our burrito and drinks while we waited on the couch. We would love to know where or who provides those hatch green chile breakfast burritos as they were the best in the area over three other locations. Thank you!

Castle Coffee makes one of the best lattes I’ve ever had—the latte art was a great touch! The service here surpasses other coffee shops; everyone is kind, professional, and happy to strike up a conversation. I also love that they have games for the kids and multiple areas to sit, which makes it a welcoming spot for families and friends alike.

Favorite coffee spot in ABQ/Rio Rancho. Castle is always perfect - excellent bean quality, great pour overs and drip coffee. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. And the atmosphere is fantastic. I could sit here all day to work or relax.

This is without question the most legit coffee shop in Rio Rancho, and in my opinion all of New Mexico. I’ll even go a step further and say top 5 in the country (I tour and make a point of trying a coffee shop every place I go). Everyone who works here is genuinely warm and conversational, not to mention skilled and knowledgeable. They are the very embodiment of the ethos of service. As far as the coffee goes, I’d have to write a novel to relay to you why it is eons beyond anything else around here. Particularly the espresso. Thank the heavens for Castle Coffee!
