I never used to have issues with this location but have had order issues repeatedly in recent months. Tonight my husband picked me up some soup and coffeefor me since I'm sick. The soup was fantastic and still hot but they gave me cold coffee. Not iced coffee, just cold coffee in a hot cup with a sleeve even. Just really disappointed in this recent trend of missed, wrong, or bad items from here

don’t know what’s going on at the Chick-fil-A on Unser, but something is slipping. I ate there recently and ended up with a stomach disaster that kept me posted up in the bathroom for the rest of the day. Not exactly the “quality and care” they advertise.
The staff was polite, but that doesn’t make up for food that sends you home with diarrhea. If this location wants to keep its reputation, they seriously need to get their kitchen and food handling standards under control.
Until then, I’m avoiding this place. Hard pass.

The place is a fine enough Chick-Fil-A. Nothing spectacular. Just dont call ahead for any sort of catering order.
We called 3+ hours in advance to pick up a nugget tray up at 5:45 pm. I arrived and paid around 5:40. The food was not ready until 6:17pm. 30+ minutes late...with barely any acknowledgement of the delay. I get things happen, but this is the second time we have tried to cater for a Party via this establishment and both times the order was not ready to any time close to the promised time.

I went through the drive thru at the one on Montgomery, my order was 21. 65 I paid with my card, then I get to the window and they ask me to pay AGAIN, I said I did showed the guy my account that it was paid, so I said ok guess I have to pay 50 for my food, so the manager comes and says that didn't go through and charged me AGAIN. So 21 dollars worth of food ended up costing me almost 70. I will never ever ever eat there AGAIN. Use cash not your card . I will be getting my money back when my bank does fraud on them. Do better ! Everyone I know does not want to eat at Chick Fila because they are not honest.

Diana the lady cleaning the lobby was super nice and afford to refill our cups so we can enjoy our food. We waited maybe 5 min for the food to be one the table it was super quick. The food was great and stove hot. Will be coming back 🥰

I've been super disappointed the last few times I've gotten a salad. The lettuce has been wet, soggy, see through and freezer burnt. I was hoping it was just a one time thing but it seems to be any time I've ordered a salad.
I don’t care for the food, but my car died in their parking lot. Nathaniel and Collin were amazing in getting my car up and running. I left my phone at home was panicked. Lol. Thank them both, Bridgette.

The service was really good but the food was not up to it's usual standards. I went to this Chick-fil-A this morning and received my order when I went home and opened the box I was shocked! They basically threw my food in this box and did not even assemble the chicken minis. Very disappointed... they tasted old and there was not even 10 in here.
