Church's Texas Chicken

If I didn’t love the chicken so much I would NEVER be back! The service is the absolute WORST! Alex the “manager” is theeee worst. No personality, no smile. I will be contacting corporate to report having to wait for 45 min for chicken! INSANE

Rude staff. Foods disgusting!

A bunch of careless kids work here , they need to train them how to talk right to customers . No customer service skills at all .

This location is usually top 10. But tonight 5/17/25 was bad we got the 10piece special and got a spoiled container of coleslaw there was a lot of dark mildewy pieces in it so disappointed! Chicken was cold and it had to be sitting there for some time. BAD

Chicken was not fresh It was tough and chewy not what I expected I'm known about this company for at least 20 years back east I will not be coming here again It was not good

I placed an online order at 3:30 for a pick up at 5:30. This was my first time eating Church's Chicken. The chicken tenders were so dry and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Maybe they packed my order at 3:30 and placed in the warming area until I showed up at 5:30? The coleslaw was mushy. Too much money for this kind of food. My first experience was not a good one. I won't be going back.

This place has really went downhill

my order was completely wrong when i got home called about it and got bad customer service employee was rude and didn’t care about anything i said. Chicken is not cheap either and dose not suprise me to see all these bad reviews on here.

If you can wait a few minutes for your food to be fresh out of the fryer, you can enjoy come of the best chicken around

I placed an order on GrubHub for two meals . One of them showed up without a biscuit. And I called the on duty managers who were Benito and Adrian. They told me to bring my receipt and they would give me an extra biscuit. Like I was going to leave my food and let it get cold and drive all the way over there. I ordered this on GrubHub, but I’m gonna drive all the way back to the restaurant to pick up a biscuit worst service ever.

Cook the chicken a little longer I ordered a meal 2 weeks ago half of the chicken 🐔 was cooked and the other was uncooked so quickly I haven't reported That was the afternoon shift 🙃

I go inside to order and the employee tries to push a meal deal and then lies about being able to have boneless tenders and bone in dark meat in the same order. That is what happens when you have an underperforming manager who enforces his employees to lie to push a sale.

13 bucks for a 5 piece tender meal and doesn't even come with a half cup of gravy... lasted barely 3 pieces absolute rip off

If you enjoy getting the wrong food getting ignored by the employees and eating Cold disgusting chicken then this is definitely the place for you but if you love good customer service and being able to enjoy the food that you ordered I would stay far from this place won't get that here
