Church's Texas Chicken

I came to this Church's to order food. I presented a coupon for 2 can dine for $9.99 chicken or tenders 5 piece.
which I was told that it may not be in system. I was told that it was, so I placed the order and then come to find out the system doesn't have the tenders and the cashier said there's no option for the tenders, just the chicken. I showed her the coupon where it said 5 piece chicken or 5 piece tenders. She there's no option for the 5 piece tenders. I then cancelled my transaction. She also told me that each Church's is a franchise and don't always honor coupons. Needless to say I will not give this particular Church's my business, ever.

Terrible, rude, lying people working here. Told me that the Smokehouse chicken promo was done but it in fact IS NOT done till the 24th of this month (September.) If this RR store doesn't have it, they could have at least told me that they didn't have anymore or that they had to cook them. Either way, don't lie and say the promo is over because it is not. Ended up buying from the Church's on Golf course because they're 10x's better in customer service and food.

They are very disrespectful,my chicken wasn’t cooked at all and there was hair in my food I called and a girl told me to just take it out and move on with my day worst place 👎🏾

Who ever was working here today was completely rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband were ordering in the drive through when we were asking them a simple question because we didn't understand something,they decided to yell at us only because they couldn’t hear us.Bad costumer service.

Went through the drive-thru around 5:30pm.
Person that took my order was friendly.
I paid for my food & then the sever hands me our order without saying anything. No, Here’s your order, thank you….nothing. He closed the window and I tapped on the window because they didn’t give me my coke that was part of the combo meal. They opened the window, and said…..you guessed it…nothing. They gal prepared my coke, opened the window and handed it to me…and said nothing. No sorry, here’s your coke, thank you….nothing.
After getting home, my wife’s chicken sandwich was cold…and old. You could tell it was made during the lunch hour. My chicken combo, biscuit & side if okra was cold & old as well. Also probably made at lunchtime.

We won’t be back.

The manager/owner needs to step up their game a train their employees better.

8/23/25 Never again! I spent 67$ here consisting of a 20 pc tender meal and a 5 pc tender meal. They forgot my drink at the window, got home and they didn't put our 3 lg sides in the bag. Had to drive all the way back to get them, receiving the most insincere apology in history, not done, got home and the tenders were so old, not just travel time old, old like Smithsonian old! The service could be totally excused, but the lack of attention to the accuracy of my order and the quality of the food, the kids didn't finish dinner, was enough to keep me away from here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointment!!!

Ordered 2 meals, both tenders, 1 was 3 piece regular 1 was 5 piece spicy, ended up with 2, 4 piece wich isn't a thing. None spicy, both cook and cashier were too busy talking about showing each other text messages to the point that handing me the food she was screaming back to him about it. If I could give it negative stars I would. Mon. Aug. 18th at 7:30 ish...

Good food, kind manager Kylie was very helpful during my visit. The food was cooked well and tasted good. Usually I see a problem with the chicken being undercooked at other restaurants.. Would come back to this Church’s again!

Was supposed to get a phone call from the store manager the next day, they did not call, I did an online order $50 in chicken strips, they did not give me my mashed potatoes, I get home noticed their egregious Error, called them to let them know, they said come on back, I said no, it's rush hour, they screwed up. They then tell me that the store manager is in tomorrow, we'll have her call you, did I get a Call, NO!!!!
