Church's Texas Chicken

Went in at noon. Girl behind counter acted like she was bothered by taking orders. And the chicken tasted like it had been sitting since the dinner shift the night before. Frankly it was terrible. Very disappointing.

This place never has chicken ready. Every time I go through drive thru there's ALWAYS a 15-30+min wait. Anytime after 5pm there's always a wait. The food is ok. Is it worth the wait no. Staff is a hit or miss.

The food is good, bordering on excellent. My experience has only been as a driveway customer. Service is fine too. The atmosphere is reasonable.

Man behind the counter has the patience of a saint and you definitely aren't paying him enough. He handled a 'karen' with so much grace. Food was correct, hot and good.

Pulled up to the speaker. Sat for six minutes before they took our order. Ordering one side item, bombers. Still sitting ten minutes later. People behind us have gotten their orders. Nobody was in front of us.

Mounds of chicken under heat lamps. They have fried okra to keep my wife happy and the cole slaw is passable. Dude working there are pretty casual. Chicken is ok, no spiciness and lightly seasoned. Typical fast food fried chicken. Nothing outstanding or specialties offered.

I asked for fresh okra and fresh chicken tenders. My order came out less than 3 minutes later, indicative of heating lamp leftovers. I insisted on HOT FRESH OKRA AND TENDERS... As I'm walking away I turned to watch the cashier dump my cold tenders BACK IN THE FRYER. OH nah nah nah!!! Got my money back and will NEVER GO BACK!! NO WONDER THERE'S NEVER ANY BUSINESS THERE

Hadn't been to a Church's in like 10 years. Food was fresh and hot. Online order was ready when we got there. Employees were friendly. Overall a good experience. The best part was the price honestly. $24 for a family meal that fed 4 people. You just don't see that anymore really. Great job Church's.

I came to this Church's to order food. I presented a coupon for 2 can dine for $9.99 chicken or tenders 5 piece.
which I was told that it may not be in system. I was told that it was, so I placed the order and then come to find out the system doesn't have the tenders and the cashier said there's no option for the tenders, just the chicken. I showed her the coupon where it said 5 piece chicken or 5 piece tenders. She there's no option for the 5 piece tenders. I then cancelled my transaction. She also told me that each Church's is a franchise and don't always honor coupons. Needless to say I will not give this particular Church's my business, ever.

Terrible, rude, lying people working here. Told me that the Smokehouse chicken promo was done but it in fact IS NOT done till the 24th of this month (September.) If this RR store doesn't have it, they could have at least told me that they didn't have anymore or that they had to cook them. Either way, don't lie and say the promo is over because it is not. Ended up buying from the Church's on Golf course because they're 10x's better in customer service and food.

They are very disrespectful,my chicken wasn’t cooked at all and there was hair in my food I called and a girl told me to just take it out and move on with my day worst place 👎🏾

Who ever was working here today was completely rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband were ordering in the drive through when we were asking them a simple question because we didn't understand something,they decided to yell at us only because they couldn’t hear us.Bad costumer service.
