We have had the chicken before, greasy! March 1st we drove up the driveway n order two fish sandwiches n the shrimp basket we ordered fries wth that, we waited guy brought our food out, one bag, what we got was chicken sandwiches 6 little hard crispy shrimps n no fries, sandwiches dripping grease! Nasty!wont be back!

All the chicken, from Church's Chicken on 3801 Southern Blvd RIO RANCHO NM was RAW. Management was very rude, had it delivered, yet wanted someone to drive out 17 mi to/from location, to prove it was raw. Cooperate was called. Just hopefully we all don't get sick, from this. Management was terrible & definitely was disappointed by how they responded by how awful it was. Ordered online...was very inconvenient to drive back to this location.

Went through the drive up ordered a three piece and chicken tenders meals.Two apple pies and sweet tea. Got home . Didn't get apple pies got diet cokes and with the three piece the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seenI thought it was chicken wings from wing stop. Plus when we went back you door closed at 7:00? Drive through only!! Very BAD ! Will never go bad!!!!

We pulled up to the drive thru and we did not get any greeting for almost 10 minutes. Once we were finally rudely* acknowledged, the guy speaking rushed us through placing and order. For example, we asked the price of an item (the sign light was not turned on making it difficult to read the menu) he responded angirly, then as we proceeded to order, he spoke over us before we could finish, responding with more attitude "OK IS THAT IT?!" In disbelief at the level of rudeness, we did not continuewith our order and drove away. Staff could use some reminding in how kindness and respect goes a long way, especially over a microphone when taking someone's order.

Cashier was rude the mess up my order they don't answer the phone spent over 30 dollars and not to be able to eat the
Ordered on the app. Waited 40 minutes after I should have received it, while I saw 3 cars that were after me leave with their orders. Order missing half the food. Had to go back. Still shorted my order. When I got back home my family told me we were short 2 pcs of chicken. I understand being short staffed but they’re a chicken place. Cooking chicken shouldn’t stop. If this was the first incident I would be more understanding but it’s always something every time I go there. I won’t be going back.

Zombies for staff, refused to pay attention to anything in front counter,chicken order was ready but they kept it so long,chicken got cold and very dry,staff was doing everything but helping customers with orders,also no deals on chicken,cheap chicken for heavy prices.
