Cold Stone Creamery

This is the third time that I have ordered that same thing and every time I’m getting gypped every time. I always order the mint mint chocolate chip. I never get the brownie that is supposed to be mixed in with it and they never fill up my OURs size. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. I’ll just make my own at home from now on.

The girl who worked tonight went above and beyond to stay friendly and professional. Her coworker left sick and she was kind and encouraged him to feel better. She then handled lots of customers and a Doordash with an unwavering smile. Give her a raise!

I was very hesitant to come to this location due to the negative reviews, but those negative reviews seem very inflated. The people behind the counter were very friendly and the store was clean and normal like every cold stone. I came with a large party of children and everyone was very pleased with their cold stone experience.

I recently ordered a coffeehouse crunch cake that was made with devil's food cake and coffee ice cream for a friend's birthday and it was absolutely delicious! I am used to the ice cream cakes that are just ice cream because I always figured the ones with actual cake would be dry, hard and stale, but this was a pleasant surprise. The cake was tasty, moist and not dense or dry. I let the cake sit out for ten minutes or so it was just the right consistency.

The whole placed smelled horrible. Like old dirty water. Maybe a clogged sink in the back? Very strong as soon as you walked in. The place was dirty. Three workers and no other customers and all the tables were filthy and trash on the floor. I didn’t order my ice cream with sprinkles and yet my order had sprinkles throughout. The lady that helped us I believe her name was Jasmin, her hair was long and tied very messy and in her face and down in front of her shoulders. The whole place was dirty and stunk.

I normally don’t leave negative comments but they really don’t know what they’re doing behind the counter. The ice cream is good but very disorganized. The ice cream not under proper listing. I don’t know how long I waited until they got it right. They literally were tasting the ice cream to check if it was in the proper spot. Management better do something quickly.

I ordered an Oreo shake with Pecans 8/5 around 2pm and as the lady was making it I was just observing how kind, compassionate and polite her and her coworker were with other guests. This really warmed my heart. Would highly recommend going to this location!!

Ordered ice cream in person for pick up the next day and paid for it. Our ice cream was not made so we had to wait 2 days and talk to the manager, and the staff does not pay attention when ordering specific items a certain way, terrible night shift.

I ordered an ice cream cake and the website said it would be available same day but it wasn’t. I was told it would be available the next day. When I arrived the next day it still wasn’t ready. The associates were able to make it while we waited and comped it for us due to the inconvenience. While frustrating, the associates were nice upon each visit and the cake was delicious. I appreciate them making the situation right, even without me having to ask.

Its always a good time and the ice cream is amazing. I love coming here when I am in Albuquerque
