Cold Stone Creamery

Ice cream is great, and the customer service is good. Hadn’t been into a cold stone for years, the smallest size is over 7$ now. The most expensive pint at the grocery store is less than that. I can honestly say I’ll never be coming back again.

Went to take my family of 5 here last night ( Saturday) very bz. They employees greeted me when I walked in the door said welcome in. Behind the employee area was water. This is 100% not ok. Not only is it nasty, but it's a trip and fall hazard for the employees. From what I was told, the drain is clogged.Been brought to management attention several times and nothing has been addressed. Needless to say my family and I did not get ice cream from this location. This needs to be addressed immediately. I will be contacting ria rancho health department. To let theme know of this unsanitary work hazard.

Used to be great. New employees barely fill the ice cream container. Way over priced for not even a full container. Will be finding another location or a replacement. Sorry guys, train your employees better.

I came at 750 pm they are closed !!! They don’t close till 10 drove 30 mins just for the best ice cream I have ever had , not cool mannn

Ordered a custom cake on Tuesday for Friday with a pickup time of 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As of 11:30 no one even bothered to show up and open the store (posted hours stated open time of 11:00). Thanks for ruining my son’s birthday party Coldstone.

the icecream was gas, but i had no choice to not tip. sorry but i don’t think scooping an icecream scoop into a cup deserved my .50. sorry but i want it back. will NOT be visiting again.

The ice cream is so good & the kids (young adults) that work there work their tails off! We have been there several times when there's only one employee with a line of customers all the way to the door plus mobile orders coming in. Even today (8/11) that was the case. I think his name was Lukas? Was so friendly and was trying so hard to be quick and efficient and he didn't lose his cool once! The employees deserve better than that. That's too much stress for one person.

I hate coming here as a doordasher which is never why I will never come here as a customer.

Everytime I come in this place I am ignored. There are a lot of customers in there who are either straight up leaving before they are even helped or they are upset the store is out of everything they want. Your sales are basically walking out the door with your angry customers.

I went in there last night for a Doordash and stood there for a good 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged the fact I was there only to be told they were out of everything the customer has ordered. Which messes with my money and my metrics. Going there for orders 4/5 times literally just wastes my time. The store is just a bunch of kids fumbling around. They honestly don't care if the store is making money or not. I am sure all they care about is their hours.

I even did a double dash where I had picked up an order for one of the employees there while I was waiting for them, their food literally sat for 20 minutes in my car. Finally pick up the ice cream and I end up back in there to bring them food after droves of people walked out for not getting any service.

I see obviously someone is responding to all the bad reviews which there are a lot. Is this problem actually going to get fixed? Is this the kind of culture stone cold has as a company? The idgaf attitude?

Went to Southern & Unser location Friday night. Store hours listed to close at 11pm, we arrived at 8:30pm and as approaching entrance employees were locking up the doors. There were no signs posted about closing early. Employees were inside playing and running around.

Ice cream was very soupy and they didn't honor the promotional coupon. Dirty and sticky tables.

I was denied the use of my birthday BOGO due to one of the three items ordered not being equal in cost, but cheaper than the other two. Despite the offer being for “equal or lesser value”, somehow that doesn’t mean simply removing the cheapest item from the total. The milkshake had the consistency of a thin soup and one of the ice creams wasn’t much thicker.

I visited earlier today during the evening and the staff was so kind. Lucas helped me out and was really nice and helpful. Made small talk and the ice cream was good too, got the ice cream out quick too. I think he was the manager and was running the store smoothly.

Display freezer broken it said on the sign. Never had ice Cream here before, and never will again. Over $17.00 for 2 single scoop ice cream cones. That should be a crime. The 2 young ladies that worked there however were very nice, and good workers.
