Service and food were good. The bathroom and dine in area were filthy. Trash over flowing. There was a smell coming from somewhere. We love coming in with the family so this is disappointing.

Went at 3:15 PM to get a Chicken Strip Sandwhich and a Chile Cheese dog didn't receive my order until 3:45 PM only ordered two items and it took maybe 20 - 30 mins. Of waiting before I got my order, or and get this i get home and it's wrong, I get a cheeseburger and a Chile dog with the Chile on the hotdogs being completely burnt/ unsavory. Thanks for charging me $13.00's and still getting my Order wrong. I also took a photo because I was not given a receipt.

Came to the drive thru for a yummy sundae on a beautiful Sunday to a voice at the box that didn't seem to happy to be at work today. Instead of a "hello" or a "welcome to dairy Queen," even from a robot would've been nice, I received a "order when you're ready," in a not so happy voice. I continued with my order of 2 medium strawberry sundaes, both with crushed peanuts, and got the reply of "you wanted what? " And I repeated myself, got the reply of "anything else? Ok, total at the window". I'm sorry but talk to your people.about customer service, greet your customer, take their order, repeat it to them, give them the total and then send them to the window. I'm sorry they didn't want to come to work, but remind them that the customers are the only reason they have a job. If we weren't here for goods and services, they wouldn't have anyone to serve anything to, hence they wouldn't get paid....I drove away because I don't think they deserved my service.

Ordered a cheese burger combo and a $7 combo.
The fries were not fresh, had asked for a cheese burger and got chicken strips instead.

I normally always go to this DQ on a Saturday night (other days depending) and the food/Ice Cream is usually always acceptable on my part. I order the Peanut Buster Parfait the majority of the time when I go and 8/10 times its always great! The service however has been the major turnoff for me at this location now. For the last 6+ months that I have gone, I usually deal with the same employee at the Drive-Thru window. It's a young lady with glasses and usually has her hair in ponytails. I already know who she is and what she sounds like at the intercom when I'm ordering, so when I order, mind you its pretty much always the same thing (2 PBP with +Hot Fudge) she doesn't even ask if I would like anything else and directly gets to the "Ok you're total is this/that have a great night" with an extremely hostile tone. She knows it's me. Then when I arrive at the window to pay, she always presents herself to me with such hostility, rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks from time to time. I have never approached her in a bad way. I always go to this location with a positive manner and it takes a lot for me not to say anything to her or to speak to a manager about her service. I don't know if she just gets annoyed about my order or just me in general. You can see it in her body language. That's really the only con I have about this place. The rest of the other workers seem fine to me. I definitely don't plan to boycott this location only because of this minor problem, but I hope this issue can get resolved because that girl definitely doesn't give me a good vibe anymore.

I had an excellent experience here on Halloween the food was absolutely amazing it was one of the best burgers I ever tasted the girl at the counter was phenomenal everything was great keep up the good work

Saturday afternoon we arrive and after a considerable wait receive our order. Everything was completely melted and nothing but slush. First time ever to drink a banana split.

Slowest drive through I have ever seen. Ordered two burgers and both were supposed to have two patties, however they both only had one. Not to mention that they were the smallest burgers I have seen recently from any fast food joint. DQ used to have good large burgers. I guess those days are gone. I finished by burger in five bites. What a shame.
