Domino's Pizza

Last night a cold pizza was delivered. I like my pizza hot. When I called today to inform them of my unfortunate experience I got a very rude woman named Zoey. It's so crazy that this person is actually the manager bc she has zero customer service skills. I didn't want my money back...all I wanted was a hot pizza bc that's what I paid for. Zoey was so self-righteous she couldn't admit a mistake was made so she made it clear she would rather lose me as a customer than send me a hot pizza. As someone who understands business I know losing a customer is going to cost the business more money than the cost it takes to remake a pizza. She did let me know it was my choice to never order from them again. THANK YOU, Captain Obvious! Smdh. Please don't give your business to this Dominoes location. They don't care about customer service.

Came in to get a few sandwiches. The extremely skinny lady in the black shirt assumed we wanted chips, didn't even ask and put them on there..... I guess because we actually have meat on our bones and don't look like we do crack? Kinda mad that she assumed that. Managers should know to ask if we want fruit

My sandwich was great.I've been coming to you for years.Both those chicken wings were, they made for a baby or a small person, and you're charging $8.99, I think that's a cardinal sin.Those are so small, I'll never order them again or that.For that matter, from you, I was shocked when I got home saw how tiny they were.They were from two year old , not for an adult , i'm very disappointed

They were super busy Halloween night and our food still arrived super fresh and delicious.

This Domino’s needs to be shut down. The “manager” Randi, has an awful attitude and her customer service is terrible. How someone could even be in a position like that with those two characteristics is awful. Not only was my pizza at “quality check” for 40 min. An hour later it still hasn’t even been delivered. My pizza isn’t even going to be close to fresh by the time it arrives if it even arrives

Always order from them because they usually have the the best deals and kids love them. Ordered their usual cheese pizza cause they don’t know what’s good lol but on the parents pizza we ordered lots of stuff plus extra cheese but they did not put hardly any cheese. I called them and I was very impressed that they would remedy the situation right away so kudus to them!

Called and ordered 2 pizzas from this location. They had us prepay with a credit card. When we went to pick it up, someone else had already picked up our pizzas that have been paid for. We had to sit there and wait for them to make new pizzas. Suggestion to owner: check IDs of thieves picking up pizzas.
Domino's pride themselves on being efficient and timely. This was not efficient and timely for us.

An employee on the phone named Logan was extremely impatient and rude. He raised his voice then basically refused to get a manager. Please get this guy off the phone.

Bru ppl always come to this Domino's like they really depends on dominos fr like no one can cook like literally ppl can save more money but going grocery shopping instead of pizza that are like 20

This store works very hard for its custome base. They do their best to accommodate a very large customer base.

This is the last time I go to any dominos. Customer service is truly a company wide problem. The pizza is good, but it's just not worth it anymore.
