Avocado toast wasn't toasted at all. How TF is it avocado toast on just regular untoasted bread?
My wife is allergic to poppyseeds and you cannot tell before ordering that it has poppyseeds all over it.
5$ total failure.
Extremely mid donuts with extremely high prices.
The employees were decent tho.

I go every day to Dunkin’ Donuts, get coffee and food. Customer service is extremely bad. And it’s bad like every day. They like rolled their eyes if I ask for Stivia . Tell me to be careful in a rude way! I work in food service and I would be fired if I talked or treated my customers that way!!

This is possibly the most useless location I’ve been too. How can a donut place be out of donuts every time? They are constantly out of so many things everyday it’s honestly crazy to me they make any money.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star .went through drive up which to long to get my order only 1 other car in front. Ordered a raspberry iced green tea and basically got colored water. Went in and let them no . The young girl that was there said she would have to charge me to make it right. So l got my refund .first time there and I'm very disappointed with the people they hire
Horrible experience with the manager Joe there i asked if what he had in the window was all they had and he rose his voice at me "We are busy " like he wanted to get to the next person and than the lady that was the next person asked if that's all they had and he was more than happy to help her with what ever doughnuts 🍩 and told her not me they would have some ready ... I just shut up and paid than I asked who the guy at they register was and the girls working for him were rude and said I don't want to do his order do you?! So I asked for a refund this is not how you treat customers especially making your customer feel discrimated against... this is the treatment you will get here not the first time I've had rude people here but this place doesn't want my money .check#4795, 657766 dunkin date 10/31/2024 9:42am

When the owner is there it's great, but not today. The worst customer service this visit. Sabrina was super unhelpful. Told me they didn't have a donut that was literally on a tray behind her. Would not help me, did not smile, huffed when asked question. I didn't even complete my order because she was so frustrating to deal with. So disappointed. I'll drive to another location next time I need dunking. I also got charged for extra donuts I didn't receive.

What happened to the menu at Dunkin? It has shrunk so much for a donut place. No eclairs? No regular chocolate frosted donuts!? And come on let's talk about the Boston cream.. who ever is in charge of icing them needs to be retrained ..so disappointing,especially being pregnant and craving this for days . EDIT TO ORIGINAL POST : THIS LOCATION NOW NEVER HAS ANY DONUTS. THIS IS A DONUT SHOP . NO MATTER THAT TIME OF DAY YOU GO ,YOU WAIT OVER 30 MINS IN LINE AT DRIVE THRU TO BE TOLD THEY ONLY HAVE 2 OR THREE TO CHOOSE FROM. SAVE THE TROUBLE GO TO KRISPY KREME OR AMYS .
