This is the worst store I've ever been to they never have doughnuts ive gone before work after work 11am 1pm 3pm never itd frustrating because I really like their doughnuts

Waited in the drive through, speaker never came on. Get to the window, they refuse to take my order, expected me to get back in line . For a box of munchkins. Nope.

The reason why I gave them a one star on food and services is because I told the young lady at the window that I wanted a Diet Pepsi. She gives me a regular Peps and I can't drink regular Pepsi with all that sugar so I told her I wanted to diet pepsi. She left me sitting there at the window for almost 5 minutes because they had a delivery truck and she grabbed the Diet Pepsi off the delivery truck because they didn't have any in stock so now my Diet Pepsi is warm and I'm on the road driving and trying to eat my food and drink my warm soda. The workers should know what they have in stock and they should let the customer know that they are out of diet soda and I could have chose something else.

I was out and about with friends. We wanted something lite to munch on. Dunkin Donuts was the place. One of my friends has to have gluten free donuts, but they don't have them. She was fine, but I felt bad.

Great for days you want a coffee and muffin with a side of mountain views! There is inside and outside seating, and plenty of parking. Excellent place to meet up with friends or just daydream!

Avocado toast wasn't toasted at all. How TF is it avocado toast on just regular untoasted bread?
My wife is allergic to poppyseeds and you cannot tell before ordering that it has poppyseeds all over it.
5$ total failure.
Extremely mid donuts with extremely high prices.
The employees were decent tho.

I go every day to Dunkin’ Donuts, get coffee and food. Customer service is extremely bad. And it’s bad like every day. They like rolled their eyes if I ask for Stivia . Tell me to be careful in a rude way! I work in food service and I would be fired if I talked or treated my customers that way!!
