I had a mobile order, waited 20 min in line just for someone to ask for my order. And it was not busy at all, only 1 person in front of me.

All I can say is that this location will not be receiving any business from me based on my experience yesterday. I unfortunately placed a mobile order around 7 rather than placing it through the drive-thru since the website and store state that they close at 9. However, when I got to the drive-thru the worker told me that they could not fulfill my food order only the drink order. After telling them that I wanted a refund instead, the worker told me that I could only get a refund through the app (which by the way, the worker claimed she “didn’t know” there was a DD app). Since I made the order online, I wanted the physical copy of the receipt. But when the worker gave it to me, the receipt was folded like it was going in the trash. The worker then proceeded to make a bunch of excuses about how she was new and all the food and donuts were sold out. Then she proceed to explain to me that they stop making food at a certain hour and if I ever wanted to order food from there to order it early in the day, as they do not make food in the afternoon/evening. All I’m saying, is if the workers do not want to make food or are sold out of something, it should be adequately reflected in the app. Especially since most fast food apps will tell you if a certain item is unavailable/sold out. After this experience, I’m going to stick go getting coffee and food from Starbucks.

They never can get your drink orders right. Ordered an iced vanilla caramel latte today add on the sticker on the cup it says it’s a salted caramel latte. Idk why it’s so hard to get an order right especially when I had went inside to order.

STOP YELLING AND LEARN SOME PROFESSIONALISM I can hear your employee flirting with customers through the speaker from the front of Taco Bell (on more than just one occasion) . Not only flirting but talking down about your own business saying it should shut down TO A CUSTOMER ACTIVELY ORDERING!!! completely turned away as a customer

I have tried over and over to get different experiences cause the food is never warm or cooked hash browns soggy, the bacon undercooked and stuffed bagels cold inside ! Just would not recommend and the staff is not personable and unfriendly

I asked for a refund because the guy making my latte didn't have a clue and kept apologizing for the equipment not working.

Wish this place of as good as the Bernalillo location they don’t have anything after the morning drinks are hit or miss and service is a joke there is no training for how to treat customers or the food they serve. Sad it’s just terrible go anywhere else unfortunately.

Arrived at 2:00 pm excited for coffee and donuts inside. Disappointed since no selection of donuts. Server apologized but that wasn't enough. Had to go further to Krispy Kreme and they had a huge selection.
