I come to this location every morning, this morning a guy took my order and I paid with Apple Pay. After the transaction, the employee asked if I wanted to add a tip. “Totally optional”. I said “yeah, $1”. This dude blatantly hit the $3 tip option and signed for me. This is so unethical. It’s besides the point of the $3. Regardless of however many dollars it was, this is theft!!!!!!! I will not be returning to Dutch bros. For future customers, please just vigilant that they are not adding tips without your knowledge.

I love the employees here and the drinks but they need to figure out a way to direct the traffic in the drive through line. It is frustrating when I have to wait forever because people won't let you merge when it comes time to, especially when you were there way before them. I probably won't be back to this location after a lady was willing to run into my car to not let me merge.

Really bad coffee here. I ordered a peppermint mocha but it doesn’t taste like peppermint or mocha. It had a bunch of coffee grounds in it as well for some reason? Super gross taste and the workers did not talk to me.
