We love Fiiz! I'm really shocked by the minimum stars review. We absolutely love this place. They have a young energetic staff, they're fast friendly and respectful. The drinks and variety is So much better than Sonic or 7 Brew.
The drive-thru is difficult to deal with but that's a property Management problem, not Fiiz.

Went by at 10:30 am not expecting it to be open but was excited it was. My son wanted a pretzel. Walked in and 3 employees standing at the front and we were ignored for over 5 min. We left and as I walked out I said ‘thanks for waiting on us’ they all laughed and said you’re welcome. I really liked taking my kids there for their fun drinks. Not anymore. 7brew is better and friendlier

the drinks were really good. Although, for my FIRST TIME trying this place the environment was very discriminatory. the employees were looking at my husband and i, laughing, pointing, and gossiping to their friend group; who were the only other “customers” in the store at the time. when we left they were laughing loudly and staring at us. it’s giving mean white girl behavior that should not be in a place of business. very disrespectful and disappointing.

Tasty drinks! The savory snacks are ok but a bit pricey for their serving size. Inside had coloring pages for kids to do and could have their finished pictures hung up on the wall when finished which was cute, and I haven't seen done at Utah Fizz locations (I used to live in Utah). This location is far from my usual haunts so I wish there was another location in more southern Albuquerque!
Parking: Lots of spots in the strip mall lot.
Kid-friendliness: Coloring pages and crayons available for kids. Kids drinks available. No high chairs or booster seats. Unsure of restroom/diaper changing station situation.
Wheelchair accessibility: Right next to a ramp for the strip mall's sidewalk.
My daughter and I stopped for an afternoon drink while on vacation. We found drinks that were delicious and just what we were hoping for. They also had a deal for buy one-get one on the next visit if you posted and tagged them on social media. What a great deal!

employees don’t know how to be respectful at all. like you can at least say “hi welcome in” or respond back to when I SAY “hi how’s your day” no they immediately get bugged if you ask for a second to look over the menu and if you ask them to repeat something they sigh aggressively like calm down. but other wise the drinks are really good just make your customers feel welcomed in. don’t be a brat.
