Great little spot to get some snacks and some AWESOME drinks!!! The Zen water is soooooooo good. I almost always get two drinks just so I can try new ones. They have all been great, but the Zen water I get EVERYTIME!!! Highly recommended

So good! My go-to drinks are Berry Good doctor with diet Dr Pepper or the Raspberry splash water. So glad we have another soda option in town.

I love coming here, going inside is faster, but they do have a drive thru, drinks are on the sweeter side, but I love that. The staff is pretty young, but they are all very nice!

The coffee was OK not my favorite my son liked the shark drink and the popcorn pretzel was OK. It doesn’t seem like anything is really made there. It seems very like frozen food overpriced but it’s a fun place for kids. My child really liked it he would like to go back to find and try more drinks, but overall not really worth the total hype wish they had more homemade kind of options more fun, things besides popcorn, pretzels, donuts that kind of stuff which they actually made their food there and that it wasn’t frozen

FiiZ is an incredible little drink shop that reminds me of a great diner experience, I've tried many of their drinks and not one has disappointed. Customer service is top-notch and employees look happy and always give me a warm welcome and great recommendations. The best pull for me at FiiZ is the price comparison to other drink spots, especially Sonic. Better drinks and better prices are at FiiZ. I hope they continue to have success because I see it as a great place for our youth to have a good first job experience and a wonderful family hangout.Kid-friendliness: This is one of the best family meetup spots in RR.

super cool spot! Lots of yummy drinks and lots of flavors to choose from. There is a drive thru which I really appreciate. Everyone I've dealt with is nice there. Inside kind of reminds me of a malt shop lol. I do recommend! Fun drinks for the kiddos too that include gummy candy!
came in with my significant other about an hour before closing! the owner (i believe) was so so kind and even suggested some drinks to try! he even gave us free cookie dough to try as well! the drinks were so good and i actually love that they’re not insanely sweet, just the perfect amount! we will be back for sure, it was the most pleasant first impression ever! :,)

Came in and was the only customer and I awkwardly stood at the counter for what felt like ages before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged I was there. Some man on a latter was the only one to say hi to me and told some girl to help me and she ignored him and he told her again and she straight up said "I'm gonna have bladyblah do it because she's closer to him" and she just kept doing her own thing. The guy on the latter asked the girl at the window to help me and she just kept doing her own thing. Finally some guy came out of the back and didn't get to me until the guy on the latter pleaded with him to. I have been in customer service for 7 years spending 4 years as an operations manager for a 300 person call center and the last 2 years I have been an interviewer for an international company. I have fired and denied to hire employees who act the way these employees did yesterday. I hate Karen's and I don't walk into establishments expecting to be treated as royalty, but even if they gave me quick eye contact to let me know they know I'm there and given me assurance that someone would be right with me, that would have been the bare minimum and they couldn't even do that. Rating 4 stars because the butterbeer drink i ordered was amazing and the guy on the latter was hope enough that there is one decent person who works there(might have been owner/lead as he had that kind of energy) It's a shame I can't go back lest I relive one of the most awkward experiences of my life.

Ordered our drinks and an order of cookie dough. Service was good but our drinks were super flat and poorly tasting. I didn’t drink mine as it was just going to be calorie water that tasted bad.

The drinks and food were great, I'd say my only issues to improve would be customer service and staff knowledge. Your menu is extremely complicated and even the staff aren't sure what's going on with it. Despite the fact I think that's a company issue, the staff could've had a little more interest in talking to customers.
