Horrible customer service. You definitely need to be bilingual to order here. They also overcharge you for your order. Make sure the prices are correct when you pay. Totally incompetent when you order your food in English.

Food is great! But the fact that they only do two salsa's is comical. Then when you pay 1.50 for more they fill them up under half way. Ridiculous.

I ordered a Filiburger. I told the gal TO cook it well. I don't want it to be raw and of course the meat was raw and pink. I took it back to the counter and the cook heard my conversation and I asked him if the patty was beef and he said NO. he didn't know what kind of meat it was and he said they come pre-made he just puts it on the griddle to heat it up. It looked disgusting. Filibertos need to DIISCLOSE THAT ITS NOT A 100% BEEF PATTY
