Always friendly and has some really amazing drinks here
I had came inside to order an avocado smoothie with brown sugar and crème and mind you the people before me had problems with their drink. I received my order, and had told the guy he messed it up and insisted I said taro.
There Thai green tea is my favorite best boba shop in Abq/Rio Rancho!!!!

Hands down the best Boba in the city! Easy to get your Boba made exactly how you want it and the staff is always super friendly and inviting. We have a great experience every time we visit!

These drinks run 6 to 8 dollars each and the cups that they use are so cheap and fragile we have had 2 of them crack and the bottoms fall out.
Hi Boba stands out because I can always taste the tea in my drink (not just heavy syrups and flavoring). I love that they offer different sugar levels as a standard. The employees are helpful when I have questions on the menu. I love the location too!

I walked in today and there was one person working, busy making drinks, which is completely fine — I don’t mind waiting my turn. What I do mind is standing there for about five very awkward minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment that I was even there. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference. Instead, I felt completely ignored. Customer service starts with acknowledging your customers, and this place missed the mark. I won’t be returning.
