We misheard each other while ordering but she fixed it right away and she was a delight to deal with. So polite! I wish I would have gotten her name to note here! 🥹 I am 7 months pregnant and this kind of service really sticks with me! 🥲“
“I went there yesterday (2-17-25) after we went to the Expo flea market to get a mattress and the food was delicious and I liked the root beer float and I only been here once before yesterday and it was a long time ago so I don't remember when LOL but I'll be back here soon. 🙂“

“So you see, I was on a date and needed to see the fastest way to get to the mall. Thats when I saw hot dawg on a stick. I IMMEDIATELY called off the date to go here alone. I planned to spend a lot of money, but not on some girl. Now i am getting married to the hot dog on the stick and i could NOT ever be happier, my mom will pay for the whole wedding because i have been living in her basement for about 12 years since i last went on a date(she thinks i am marrying the girl i canceled on( plz dont tell her, i already ate the hot dog btw.
Kid-friendliness: I pushed a kid over that took my chair
Wheelchair accessibility: I laughed at a disabled veteran in a wheelchair because he could not open the door“

“We don't have a wienerschnitzel where I live, so I try and stop in when I can. I always order a chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries. The food was great, and I can't get enough of the chili. Fast and friendly service. I will be back soon.“

I’ve never seen a company in the food industry that does not provide customers with a method of showing appreciation to the staff for doing more than the bare minimum.
The two young gentlemen at the counter provided Exceptional customer service!
They didn’t just patiently wait for me to decide, but offered helpful suggestions toward my decision!
I would very much have liked to encourage these two young gentlemen to continue going the extra mile for customers by showing my gratitude with a tip.“

“So I showed up five minutes before opening time, they greeted me and took my order with professionalism. I paid with cash, they hadn't opened the indoor cash register yet but just walked over to the drive through register and gave me my change like a champ. Chili cheese dog reminds of being a kid and getting them in Clovis. Loved it. Great job.“

“Got a plain corn dog and it was good. I liked that the batter/breading has a little sweetness to it. They have a lot of options especially if you like hot stuff. Their fries were good and crispy and everything was fresh and cooked as you ordered it. Inside dining is limited but there is seating. I wish I would have tried the option with cheese in it, guess I will get that next time.“

“I was disappointed with my recent visit to 5 guys because I was getting food for my bestie and myself, she had never eaten 5 guys before and I love their burgers so much to my shock they messed up my order and my bestie ended up with a plain burger, that is not the experience I wanted for her to have, very sad because I tell everyone that 5 guys is the best burger ever and this time they proved me wrong. Come on Guys step it up some, listen to what your customers order and pay attention when making the food. I will try again soon but if it's another bad experience I may have to find somewhere else to get my burgers from then forward.“
