Terrible, waited 12 mins for 3 drinks, then another 19 for food when I ordered it all at same time. Then food cold. When asked for it to be remade the server told me sorry I'm new, and that we should have started eating right away. The butter wouldn't even melt on the pancakes. Terrible. I don't understand how this place is still in business.

A clean place makes 5 stars! I ordered strawberry crepes with eggs, hash browns and sausage. Our waitress was attentive. My family left 100% satisfied .

I legitimately have no idea how this place is still open. They are so weird here. I consider myself patient and I have dined here several times over several years. I kept thinking maybe it's management, maybe they'll change, maybe I need to go at a different time in the day for a better experience. I have no idea, Ihop, (I'm looking at you) how this owner is allowed to run this restaurant. I've waited 2 hours for food, I've been told when we didn't get our change (the coins) back that they usually don't give that back to their customers, I've had 3 associates stand near the pony wall and stare at me and my group while we ate instead of filling our drinks or checking in on us. I have literally never complained about a place in 30 odd years until the last time I came here. I thought about calling corporate even it was so terrible. It just has this strange vibe. I can't quite put my finger on it but the point of this restaurant is not to make money. They don't care about that, they don't care about their customers. I once thought maybe they are discriminating but then had a POC wait on our table so that couldn't be it. Like what are we doing here? You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
The staff was so much fun. Food was great and it made the dinner-time just that much better.

Been here several times in the early mornings when it is not crowded. I appreciate the senior and value menu items. Food is good and service is quick. Only thing that would make it perfect is softer butter for spreading on the pancakes. Mine usually wind up slightly shredded in my attempt to spread it evenly. Not a big deal, but would really prefer the butter to melt. Prices are good, many choice options and great specials.

I enjoyed breakfast at 11am. Was a bit busy so took a little longer but everything was good and our special requests were done as we liked. All in all, it made our day even better. Thank you.
