Terrible, waited 12 mins for 3 drinks, then another 19 for food when I ordered it all at same time. Then food cold. When asked for it to be remade the server told me sorry I'm new, and that we should have started eating right away. The butter wouldn't even melt on the pancakes. Terrible. I don't understand how this place is still in business.

A clean place makes 5 stars! I ordered strawberry crepes with eggs, hash browns and sausage. Our waitress was attentive. My family left 100% satisfied .

I legitimately have no idea how this place is still open. They are so weird here. I consider myself patient and I have dined here several times over several years. I kept thinking maybe it's management, maybe they'll change, maybe I need to go at a different time in the day for a better experience. I have no idea, Ihop, (I'm looking at you) how this owner is allowed to run this restaurant. I've waited 2 hours for food, I've been told when we didn't get our change (the coins) back that they usually don't give that back to their customers, I've had 3 associates stand near the pony wall and stare at me and my group while we ate instead of filling our drinks or checking in on us. I have literally never complained about a place in 30 odd years until the last time I came here. I thought about calling corporate even it was so terrible. It just has this strange vibe. I can't quite put my finger on it but the point of this restaurant is not to make money. They don't care about that, they don't care about their customers. I once thought maybe they are discriminating but then had a POC wait on our table so that couldn't be it. Like what are we doing here? You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
So pricey for simple food and terrible service. I've only visited this location 3 times, all not my choice. Service has never been great or the most friendly. The environment is cold and not very inviting. It kind of reminds me of a dental office or waiting room. The food is okay but for the price of simple pancakes with no sides it's a bit ridiculous, they're definitely not that great. Our waitress refilled our drinks but never brought the right amount back to the table. She also never cleared the table so we had a crowded mess of stacked plates and cups. I felt like I had to start stacking and doing her job for her. And forget the endless pancakes too, it was hard enough to find her to request another order but the wait to receive them was something else. To top it off we were over charged. There's plenty of other breakfast locations with better food, better deals, better service. I'd definitely pass on this one.

0 out of 5 wasn't and option so 1 will have to do. My family and I went into the restaurant for dinner. Our first impression was already negative, the waitresses were sitting down not paying attention to customers who walked in. As we were walking to our table I counted 9 other tables that were cluttered with dishes and left over food. We ordered our drinks and it took 10 minutes to get them and another 5 minutes to even meet our server. She didn't seem to care about our experience, all she was focused on was her friends who came in to visit. As we Waited for our food, many other tables got up and left because they too were ignored. In the end we learned that we can never comeback to this place and I learned that the bathrooms were the cleanest part of the restaurant. All 5 members of my family ended up with food poisoning. Some of my other family members have a review as well. They should pay for our plumbing.

Been here several times in the early mornings when it is not crowded. I appreciate the senior and value menu items. Food is good and service is quick. Only thing that would make it perfect is softer butter for spreading on the pancakes. Mine usually wind up slightly shredded in my attempt to spread it evenly. Not a big deal, but would really prefer the butter to melt. Prices are good, many choice options and great specials.
