Yesterday's lunch was much better and accurate. Sadly though I got an email from JIB corporate to reach out to clear up my previous 1 star review. The links just sent me to the generic feedback website and I have not received any further contact from JIB corporate. Well they suck at follow up is all I can say. The local restaurant is pretty awesome.

This location is horrible from customer service to management. When a manager is cussing while I’m on the phone with her, it is totally uncalled for. They are inconsistent in getting orders right, but they are very consistent in never having food products. They have no respect whatsoever. The staff is very rude. I will not be returning to this location.
Food is as good as normal, cashier wasn't overly friendly. But for fast food, I guess it's expected.

I just left this jack in the box and tacos were full of grease. I ask the employee to cook them well done and I got reheated in grease tacos. This place is horrible. This was my second time to go and won’t go back. Employee was young girl with a ring in lip she could have cared less
