Went in last night and just ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich regular size, and the guy who has braces and glasses, and the taller Hispanic gentleman with glasses are both very rude. I came in about 8 and all I wanted was a sandwich bc I was having an awful night and they were both like making fun of me cause I looked kind of like a mess but either way I was very polite to both of them and they just kept laughing and looking at each other like as if I was funny or looking weird. Anyways the manager is cool he said he’d handle it. But to those two guys grow up! And just make ppls orders and leave them alone! I didn’t even end up eating the sandwich bc I felt so bad thanks to those two guys for making me feel like that just reminded me about how bad my day was! Do better but thanks to the manager for being professional about it! I genuinely hope you find better staff who just want to work!

I’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s, but unfortunately, the Rio Rancho location has consistently fallen short. The past few visits have been frustrating, with online orders taking double the expected time — already a 20-minute wait turning into another 20 minutes standing around in the store. The staff seemed overwhelmed, running around without clear direction or communication, both with each other and with customers. This isn’t typical of other Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve visited, so it seems to be a specific issue here. Some leadership and better organization could really improve the experience.

My husband kept telling me how good Jersey Mike's was. We picked up two sandwiches last night and they were both inedible. They were soaked with oil to the extent it pooled off the paper wrapping and ran into my lap. Disgusting. We'll never go back to this location and it's going to take a lot of convincing to get me to try this chain again.

Didn't feel welcomed. Out of steak for cheese Steaks. 2 people working and almost 20 min to get food. Subs were on hard rolls (didn't know until I got home to eat). They talk low and fast making it difficult to hear what they are saying.

Lazy and rude employees, the teenagers that now work at this location get orders wrong often according to the other recent reviews. When I POLITELY called to ask for a refund due to my order being very wrong, (My children have food restrictions and could not eat their food due to the order being wrong.), the workers in the back were yelling insults the entire time. I’ve never had an experience this bad at this store, but clearly they hired some new, immature, rude, and lazy workers that have no sense of respect for a person that they do not even know. Will never be going back after this experience despite being a customer for years.
