Jerusalem - Taste Of The Holy Land

My family and I have been here several times, and we either order the Gyro platter, or Shwarma. I recommend ordering the Shwarma and the Gyro which makes a great lunch the next day. The hummus and pita are also very good. The secret to this place is in their Garlic Sauce. Try ordering the Gyro and substitute the traditional cucumber Taziki sauce with the Garlic. You will not be disappointed.

Went in after 6pm which was take out only but the place was wonderful while waiting and once I got back to the hotel it was still warm and delicious.

Combination Shawarma and Pistachio Baklava was truly fantastic! Service was fast and extremely friendly. Memorable, will be back!

Wonderful time here at this restaurant! Very friendly service, kept being checked on and talked to. And very delicious food! The fattoush salad was very tasty. The mint tea has big sprigs of mint in it. And the hummus with pita and beef shawarma was out of this world.

Great eats - probably the best baba ghanoush Ive had in the metro ABQ area, in 35+ disrupted years. The lamb is also excellent!

One of my most beloved restaurants, without a doubt. I genuinely appreciate the Spanakopita. The hummus is consistently excellent and pairs wonderfully with a piece of bread. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service. May God bless you all.

I swear I don’t want to start family trouble, but today I had my usual falafel sandwich that I eat three times a week at the sister restaurant, Al Quds, run by the brothers. Now, I’m not gonna put the brothers against each other; both places make an identical sandwich. I’m just saying, to their father, Mohammed. What you did to raise and teach your sons is a blessing to Albuquerque and Rio Ranchoans. If not for you my wife and I would have to cook. ?

I ordered chicken kabob well done and they brought me burnt chicken kabob. When l returned, the server was mad at me
I do not recommend this place at all and l got the same bad experience at Al Quds in Montgomery, the food was salty and the server said that they do not add salt to food
The owner was so arrogant and not helpful at all . Americans restaurants are much better and managers are much better at making you feel better.

Visiting from Arizona and loved this place. The food was great and the service was awesome and fast. Will definitely revisit next time I'm in town.

This was my first time at this place. Let me start off by saying this place is very nice with gorgeous middle eastern decor and pictures of Jerusalem. Very good and friendly staff as well.

Now the food, absolutely amazing taste! Everything we ordered was delicious! We got the Falafel as an appetizer and it and the (Tahini I believe) sauce was so good. For our dinner we got the Lamb Shawarma Platter with Hummus, garlic sauce and Pita as well as the Tabbouli salad option and all of that was mouth watering and absolutely delicious! Combining all of it in the pita made an amazing taco/sandwich type thing. Definitely one of my top favorite dishes I’ve ever had. We were given some of their pistachio baklava and wow they’re good!

I will 100% be coming back again to try more (if I can keep myself from choosing the one I got again haha) and suggesting it to many other people!
