They don't take reservations so expect to sit in a very tight room on benches or outside in the cold for 40 minutes. Even with a table of 5 it took us that long to be seated. Our menus weren't even given to us when we sat down and the waiter that asked what drinks we liked realized it and gave us menus, utensils etc. ordered food and it took at least another 40 minutes to get it out to our table. Showing up and leaving dinner was about 3 hours here.

We had our wedding dinner here and were disappointed with how the evening unfolded. We ended up with one guest over our original count, but even accounting for that, each course took close to an hour to come out. The servers were mostly standing around, and we had to prompt them multiple times just to get the next course going. On top of that, it really felt like the restaurant was not prepared for our group at all, even though this dinner had been reserved months in advance. We were also told beforehand that we’d have a choice of three desserts, but when it came time to order, the only option available was cannolis.

When we brought our concerns to the manager, they did take the dessert charge off, but the interaction was uncomfortable. They were passive aggressive and put the blame on us, saying the extra guest caused stress on the kitchen. They also mentioned they had to pull chairs from the main dining room, although the extra seats provided were clearly folding chairs, not from the restaurant floor.

The food itself was okay, but the service and how everything was handled left a bad impression. We wouldn’t choose this place again for a special event.

Nice place to bring family for a night out. Our server was delightful, considerate, informative and glad for his input on favorites on food and drinks.

From the wine to ice tea it was all great!

RATS!! We visited this location today and were seated in the back room, where we noticed a rat climbing along the wires. We immediately reported it to the manager, who moved us to another area. Unfortunately, the service following that was extremely poor. The staff seemed rushed and dismissive, and one even announced that our card had declined — loudly — when our bank confirmed the charge was never attempted. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and the worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant.
