Heard so much hype about this place. I decided we were close by so I took my daughter for lunch. Needless to say not impressed. I had the ravioli and she had the scampellini. Just was not what we thought it would be. The sauce was very underwhelming. The scampellini was like soup broth but is supposed to be a little thicker. It was very watered down. Service was great but the food was very underwhelming. Just not worth the hype.

My husband and I came to Albuquerque to visit family. So we decided to go out to eat. They say let's go to Joe's pasta house. So glad we did when you come up. They have a waterfall with coy fish in it. The atmosphere is real authentic. The people were very polite and kind. Our waitress Ashley, I think please forgive me if her name is wrong ? and the general manager Andrea Hall couldn't have been the kindest people the manager and I we clicked and gave out hugs on the way out If you ever in Albuquerque and I you love Italian, give them a try.? I had the chicken Alfredo pasta. (Yummy) My husband had the lasagna. My mother-in-law had the pork chops. My sister-in-law had the Alfredo sauce with chili. Her grandson had spaghetti her daughter had chicken Alfredo, also with green chili and her husband Lasagna. The daughter and husband also had dessert at the end. He had apple pie.I forgot what she had but everything was delicious. So enjoy the mouth-watering pictures? Pssstttt... If you're ever in town, tell Ms Hall that Mrs. Allen sent you? Ps. Both the general manager and our waitress are in the pictures

A year or so ago I gave Joe's a very bad review. Recently I decided to try them again and man what a difference. The food was always excellent. I just had issues on how I was treated when trying to order food to take out.I figured I would try them again and when I ordered take out recently they were very polite and professional and have changed their policies on ordering take out. They used to not let you order after 4:00. They also answer the phone now where before it would always ring about 30 times then go to a busy signal.I will suggest that our company start having our Christmas parties there again.Kudos Joe's for taking action.

We website has an option to order online but then every item said unavailable and wouldn't let me order. I called three times to place my order over the phone but no one answered. This was during normal business hours. Went to M'Tuccis instead and was glad I did. I won't bother wasting my time with Joe's again.

Very rarely do I take the time to write a review. I'm hardly impressed with a restaurant, to do so. Tonight, was the exception. Fantastic food. Unbelievable service. I was seriously blown away. The wait staff worked as a team. It didn't matter whose table it was, they worked cohesively. The floor was spotless. Not even a crumb! So clean. Which I love. You may not think people notice but I sure do.The lasagna was the best I've ever had. It was a wonderful lovely dinner. Thank you so much! I didn't expect perfection but that's exactly what I received. Best experience I've had in years. This restaurant is special.

Great deal on the family meal! $40 for a huge dish of chicken alfredo, salad with dressings, and a whole baguette of bread.

Great restaurant! i have a food allergy to garlic and the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate it! Eggplant and spaghetti were perfect! Thank you!!!!

Moving from NJ to NM, I was completely apprehensive to try anything Italian... and boy was I shocked by this hidden gem! Absolutely delicious! We tried a little of everything and were completely impressed by the taste, service and experience this evening at Joe's Pasta House. We tried the green chili chicken ravioli which isn't a typical Italian dish and it was AMAZING! Had a very quaint, family vibe and just loved it here! We went on a Friday night and only had a 15-20 minute wait, zero wait at the bar so we ate there! And loved it! Fresh bread served upon being seated with oil and spices and bruschetta! Loved this touch. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu! They even made a homemade cocktail every week that I was given a taste of... and was to die for! Sooo yummy! My new italian spot in NM!!

Joe's Pasta House is becoming a favorite place of mine. The restaurant is a bit of a distance from where I live, but more and more I'm discovering that it is worth the drive. The ambiance is very nice and the food is better. During COVID, the owner gave Yelpers a cooking lesson through Zoom on making bruschetta. It is still a favorite recipe of mine. I was totally going to order it as an appetizer at Joe's. Then, it turned out that they served complimentary little bowls of bruschetta and olive oil along with fresh bread before your meal. Very nice and a great way to start the meal. I had checked out the menu before going and decided to order the Pinon Pesto Salmon which was served on top of angel hair pasta with pine nut pesto sauce. I quite enjoyed it. One person in our party ordered from the Senior menu for ages 60 and over. He had the lasagne and really liked it too. Included in the price of the dishes on the senior menu were a salad and iced tea or coffee. Since the side salads with other meals cost $3.95, the senior menu was a very good bargain. One more thing to add is that the server was nice and attentive. The only thing I would change would be having the restaurant stay open a little longer. When we went, we didn't realize that they close at 7pm on Sundays. We waited about 10 minutes for a table and were seated close to 6:30. They didn't rush us but as we were the last table to finish, we rushed ourselves. Lastly, just a personal preference...I like the bruschetta on toasted bread so next time I'm there I'll probably order a side of garlic bread.
