Do not order online from this place. They give you a bogus story that they can't make your order because the chicken is 'frozen' and then since it's an online order refuse to refund your purchase. They also do you the favor of reporting to the online site that the order was fulfilled. When you contact the corporate offices to ask for a refund, they also refuse to refund the meal that you were never provided.

I did an order on line for delivery, not a huge order. Bucket of chicken sides and some nuggets. Doordash delivered. After checking my order the only thing that was delivered was the chicken and some biscuits. Called DoorDash right away or at least the driver. And was told there was nothing they can do because I didn’t order through DoorDash. Called the store and spoke to the manager. But I have to say I didn’t get his name. We discussed what possible options might be I explained my situation. And to my surprise, he sent somebody from his store out with my side. Incredible service, thank you so much.

It’s always a struggle to find a clean table, honestly I ate there because I had already sat down, but the floor was dirty.
Has always been slow, but this is absurd. If it wasnt an online already paid for order I wouldve left. Sad rio rancho doesnt have more of a selection of places to eat, but this place needs to close

This location doesn't know how to keep stock nor do they know how to cook it. This is ridiculous with these prices too.... they are ALWAYS out of breasts among other chicken but don't seem to know that until I've already ordered. Chicken is often overcooked. typically at least one item is wrong or missing. Last time I'll order here, given enough chances. I also feel should the health department do a suprise visit, they'd be shut down.

I ordered a 20.00 meal deal and got 5 pieces of chicken, single serving of Cole slaw,corn,mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. How was I supposed to feed a family of 6 with that. Never have I been disappointed with kfc until now. Very disappointing

Went in to southern location and I was given raw chicken and the biscuits were raw as well. They had us wait for a chicken pot pie when our order had been placed 50 minutes prior! On top of all of that, they forgot a chicken strip combo. I called and asked to speak to a manager, the kid who answered the phone was rude and said the manager was busy. When she did get on the phone she said she couldn't do anything about it because we ordered online! I will not be going back, but need to know how to get a hold of a regional manager

Placed an online order at 6:30 and scheduled pick up for 7pm. My husband (who is obviously way too patient!) waited until 8:03 for our food! Only for our “fresh” chicken to look like it came straight from the discard bin. Absolutely ridiculous! Not only that but they left out our sides and biscuits from the order so he had to ask for those, but our biscuits were still missing. This restaurant has always been slow and customer service has been iffy but last night was completely appalling.

Ordered 6 pce chicken dinner. Dark brown, not quite burned, thighs not recognizable from breasts. I could not figure out which one I was eating. The Chicken was hacked so much in the breakdown of a whole chicken, there were tiny shards of bone in the meat. A small child could choke to death on bones. Where is the Health Department??? I have read the reviews shame on the owners and workers.!!!!

Every time we go in or order -they're out of something. Frequently it's chicken breasts. Really? Something has to be wrong every.single. time. Just got our Uber eats order and they didn't include the chicken pot pie. If they run out of this maybe it shouldn't be on the menu available for ordering. They made our delivery driver wait an excessive amount of time so our order took forever. I'll never Uber eats from this KFC again ever. But also not go in anymore because it's always disappointing. They need better management and more staff. Don't waste your time. Hopefully this location will close and they'll reopen a franchise on Unser start fresh.
