Not the best experience.. I'm glad I checked my pie before I left.it wasn't what I ordered and paid for

Everytime I get a pizza here I swear it was made by a pizza god. Never skimping on anything. Literally takes little Caesar’s to a whole new level. The stuff crust I got today was so good

I went to get the garlic stuffed cheese pizza that was advertised TODAY for $9.49. I get there and the staff said they don’t have the garlic cheese pizza anymore even though there was a poster on the wall advertising it. And the same pizza without the garlic was $15. What a scam!!

Was at counter for over 5 minutes and no one came to take order!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! VERY POOR CUSTOMER

Just sad that there is nothing ever made “hot n ready” there’s always a 15 min wait. Asked the girl who took 5 min to come up to the counter how there’s nothing in the oven. Sad this place sucks as bad as it does.

I can't even go into the whole thing here and this was my normal Little Caesars but I don't know what's happening over there but it's a severe disappointment

This location has really gone down hill the last couple of years. Until then it was one of the best, even preferred them over Pzza Hut and other local options. Today's order was 2 "extra most best pepperoni", there was no extra anything besides alot of sauce on one side of the pizza, and half the pizza burnt. This was the same earlier in the year, at that time we had decided we weren't going back but did today because the kiddos asked. I wish I hadn't wasted my money. I paid extra because I thought it be made w extra pepperoni ( I could have just paid for the $5 option) and certainly didn't like the extra sauce and burnt cheese. I won't bother asking for a refund or credit, I definitely don't plan on returning again. There had to have been a change in management in the last couple years, it has been a very noticeable, significant difference in quality. Bummer...

I would give 0 stars if I had an option. How hard is it to acknowledge a person standing at the register .... As simple as Hi, someone will be right with you. NOPE, just a stare over 5mins. No motivation to be at work.
To the owner or restaurant manager. I highly encourage to reevaluate your crew and reconsider team members that are willing to provide the customer service your establishment needs.

Placed an online order and received the email that my order was ready. Walked in to get my order and was told that someone must have threw the order ticket out, cause my food wasn't ready. So the cashier said she had a classic pepperoni pizza ready, if I wanted that instead of my order. Mind you I paid for double pepperoni, breadsticks and two 2-liters. So why would I want a cheaper pizza, without them offering to refund the difference? So I asked if they would and she said I could either take a hot n 'ready w/o refund of difference or wait for them to make my order Unacceptable!

The staff there was funny and great. Definitely made my day. Keep it up! I'll be back again for sure

So sad, I wouldn't eat this stuff if it was free or at extremely bargain prices, maybe if I was starving, and can't be good for your digestive system..the service is poor, the employees are ok ,so that's a plus+ it's like being a baby and being potty trained all over again if you know what I mean..
