The pizza looked like and felt like the cardboard it came in. My kind CAN NOT eat it. 0 stars

Horrible !! I placed my online at 6:40.. estimated pickup was 7:05.. showed up at 7:05.. they completely got the order wrong and so I had to wait for another pizza.. by the time I got my pizza it was 8pm and my other pizzas were cold. I called the manager and expressed my concerns and her response was “sorry we’re shortstaffed.” “ I said OK I understand that.” Well how are you going to make it right?” Her response was.( Sigh) “ come in to the store with an attitude!” I asked for her general Managers name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for her name and she would not give me her name.. absolutely horrible customer service !! DO NOT waste your time !!!!

The employees here, specifically Mary are pretty rude! They messed up my order and when I asked for it to be fixed she rolled her eyes at me. Also, are employees not supposed to wear uniforms anymore? They all had on normal clothing… I just wish they weren’t so rude!

We would like to thank Viry and Jesus for their outstanding customer service. I honestly can’t recall the last time I have received such wonderful treatment by staff members at any facility. Thank you again you guys for top-notch service and for your upbeat attitudes.

Update. Zero stars now it possible. they had the order just sitting on their counter, not even in their portal, and it’s cold. Shouldn’t have to microwave my pizza by the time I actually have it handed to me. Not coming back *at all. Use to come here all the time, but now their service drops when it’s closer to dinner time, this most recent purchase through their app and portal I was given a time, went to pick up my pizza even after being a little late, and was told it wasnt even ready yet. Ordered at 6:00, estimated pickup time was 6:45 at the latest, and I’m still waiting on it. 10 past 7. They don’t update the portal either so you don’t know when or if your order is even going to be ready. Not coming back for a while. You can’t find your tracking if you don’t have an account so don’t accidentally clear the app either. At least if you’re on apple

Awful. Never has pizza made and then when you ask them to make one, they act like its a big deal.Don't go here, drive the extra 5 mins.
