Why do they keep saying they are open late when they aren't.There sign states 11 but we pull up at 8 and they are closed on a weekend.

I went thru the drive thru tonight and asked if the fish was fresh and the person said no not really. So I asked if they could make fresh fish and she responded yes. I just got home with the fish and it’s cold and full of grease. I tried calling the Rio rancho location to get a refund and no one would answer. So I’ll be there tomorrow Tuesday to get a refund.03/25/2024

Food was good. My server / cashier did excellent customer service , all employees were working hard keeping place clean , wiping down tables, countertops , condiment area .What I didn’t like was the manager yelling at all the employees who were all working hard ! He yelled at the cashier who was helping me because he was engaging in a friendly conversation with me while taking my order , I’m 66 yrs old,the cashier was in his mid 20’s at it was nice to have a young person be nice , respectful of seniors instead of those snot nosed kids that are rude , lazy and disrespectful. Then manager stood behind counter and yelled at all the employees and said “ I don’t want to see anyone standing around doing nothing “ in front of all of us customers !! Never in my life have I ever been a place where management treated employees like this in front of customers !! The employees were all working hard and there was no need for this ! It’s was like he was showing off exerting his authority !! This is not good management !!

Grilled shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The hush puppies were fresh and hot. The coleslaw tasted fresh and tasty. The chicken was battered perfectly and juicy. Food came out fast. Staff was great, friendly. Dining area was clean and condiments well stocked. Love A&W root beer.
