Rude employees. Accidentally placed order for inside and they couldnt just grab the bag and hand it to me through drive through. Made me get out after expressing recent knee injury. This mcdonalds always has the rudest employees. Do better. It really isnt that hard to grab a bag thats already next to the drive thru counter...

I placed on online order to pick up through the drive thru. I ordered a QPC without pickles and salt & add lettuce n tomato, small fry and large coke however I was given someone else’s burger. Photos are included!! I’m not very happy.

They charged me for bottle water and I never received one. The food is cold. They left my food out sitting. I waited for my food for 30 minutes. This is NOT FIRST time happening. Im not coming back ever again. Wasted my money.

If I'm ordering a honey packet with my nuggets, I want a honey packet. Stop giving people honey mustard when they order the honey packet. I HATE HONEY MUSTARD. YOU KEEP RUINING MY MEALS

Every time I order here I always get the wrong thing , missing food , the worst service ever I don’t take my time to write negative things about a fast food places but it’s so hard to get in contact with this location. Trying to call them back for charging me with items I didn’t receive. This place is the worst at being organized a simple order of the sausage mcMuffin meal gave me the wrong sandwich no hash browns I paid extra for a coffee had got one for free with my points. I had someone pick up this order I wasn’t able to get the physical receipt I have my online order do better we’re paying customers shout out to McDonalds for making it hard to report through the app !

So first, my mother was cussed out here this evening at around 5:54 by a kid with very bad acne and a hoodie, along with a girl with fake lashes.
Then I went by—I didn’t tell them anything about my mother’s prior interaction with them; I just went as a normal customer. Holy cow, this staff is the rudest staff I’ve ever met. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years, and I would never act this way.
I understand finding workers is hard, but this is beyond unacceptable. There shouldn’t be any reason for three people to be at one register and not doing anything. There’s no reason for everyone I interact with to be rude when I was being nice, and they had the gall to act that way.
I talked with the supervisor, who said they will talk to the GM, and I will also follow up with the GM. If nothing is solved, I will be calling Julian Garza personally.
