I placed a mobile order online. When I arrived to pick up my order. The guy at the microphone the drive through was so kind. I told him my order number. My mobile order number and proceeded until the second window. As he told me to when I get to the second window, the guy is holding my order hostage, asking me if I paid at the last window and I showed him my phone explaining that I had already but He made my payment and begged him to give me my food before it gets cold. Because his just standing there, holding my food telling me, I needed to pay at the first window, like the first guy told me to go to the second window. You guys don't communicate together. I will never return.

What a joke this place is. My girlfriend went to get me breakfast for my birthday this morning and we ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins meals with pancakes. At first they brought her a small bag with just the sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meals minus the pancakes. After she got the pancakes she brought them home we opened the bag and there was only one full sausage and cheese mcmuffin and the other sausage and cheese mcmuffins was just the muffins. You read that right it was just 2 of the bread pieces put together in a wrapper. This place used to be pretty good but the last few years they have really gone down hill. I doubt we'll be going back there until things get better.

This has to be the worst location in my area (within 10 mile radius)!!! Every single time I go, the order is late and often cold, or obviously kept heated, their Frappe machine is always down (morning, afternoon, and evening), and the worst part is the service. Every time I order online, I’m made to wait so long that I have to go inside to get my order and management will blatantly ignore you, speaking about you in Spanish, as if you don’t understand them. If I could add video, I would post several occasions of this happening, but I posted a pic of 5 employees, 2 of them managers) watching me wait after I complained, and there were others just walking past me for 10 minutes straight (on top of the 10-15 minutes I waited in the designated parking for drive through waiting) I feel stupid for even ordering there the last several times. Stay away!

Dont waste your TIME or money here. My wife waited 20 minutes just now cause she placed a mobile order, they told her to park, and forgot about her. She had to go in. The work said "oh we did get your car, and I been at the window." She had to park cause they messed up on the first order. She used the app tell me how you still mess up. They also had two workers that dropped food to other cars and asked her about the order and still no help. This manager isn't doing the job. We get it, it sucks working in the food industry but this crap makes it's worse. Your loosing business and pissing people off.
