Made sure I ordered before they closed at 11 pm on the mc Donalds app. Ordered at like 10:36pm. It took my order but no progress was made. Decided to go check it out and arrived a little after 11 just to pick up the food. I even had my code ready. Workers were still there but ignored us. We pulled off to the side and they got into thier cars and booked it out of the parking lot.If you can't take orders because you're lazy 30 min before you close, then don't take any orders!

I use the mobile app to order my food, and they always get my order wrong and are really rude to me. I’ve had an employee throw my food at me which happened to be the wrong order and when I talk to the manager, she got mad at me because I wasn’t talking to her in Spanish. Overall, it was not a good experience. I really don’t like going to this location. Very unhappy with their customer service. They are really unprofessional and disrespectful. 0/10 do not recommend going to this location.

Worst McDonald's ever! The drive thru guy didn't listen to my order at all and gave me the wrong sandwich AFTER I told him that wasn't the one I wanted. Put the wrong coffee and had to correct him again then couldn't understand that I wanted a mcgriddle with just egg then charged me for eggs separately! Absolutely horrible communication in this location

If you people think you're getting off the hook you're sorely mistaken. I was the one in the drive through at 10:50 pm on 02/10/2024 when a car decided he wanted to go first and very narrowly hitting my car. Deciding to try and do the right thing I spoke to the cashier who took my card and told her that the guy behind me should know that whoever orders first goes first, and that he tried to hit my car. They proceeded to call the police on ME for being belligerent and trying to cause a hastle for absolutely no reason and that I tried hitting HIS car. They got my license plate and a cop waited for me outside my house to tell me that this McDonald's decided to do this. I was scared, hurt and more importantly humiliated having the cops light shine outside my doors for my Neighborhood to see. I myself tried calling this location to ask for a manager and corporates number but the lines were disconnected. You best believe i won't come here but this also isn't tbe last time you'll hear from me. I was mistreated, almost had my car rammed into, humiliated and disappointed because i used to come here at least 5 times a week and was a very loyal customer. I will be contacting everyone to make sure that man or woman who decided it was best to CALL THE POLICE ON ME is fired, reprimanded, written up or whatever consequences come your way. Viewers beware. They'll do this to you too.

This McDonald's is absolutely trash. My friend was at this location at 10:50pm on 2/10/2024 trying to get come food. Another customer tried to hit her car several times trying to cut her off in line and scared her half to death with how this man was blatantly trying to ram her car over from food. When she finally made it to the window, she asked the woman who was working the window to please let the man know the basic knowledge of how a line works. Whoever orders first, goes first. When she got her food and headed home, she was met by police at her home. This McDonald's called the cops, took her license plate and reported her as the destructive driver, harassing her at her own home without reviewing any stort of cameras for proof. Thankfully the Rio Rancho police department listened her side of the story. I then attempted to contact this location for corporates number but kept getting sharp ringing sound on the other end. When I finally was connected to a worker, I asked politely for a manager. Then a woman picked up the phone claiming she was a manager and when I asked her for corpates number, she ended up disconnecting and now I am getting a dead line. I have video recordings of these calls so I would be more then happy to provide these as well as the police report that was falsely made. I will be speaking to corporate as soon as I get the number and hopefully some names for who caused this distress and embarrassment for my friend. Calling the cops to her home for no reason. The people that run this place should all be fired.

I do not know what kind of sick joke the workers at this McDonald’s are trying to play 2 weeks ago I went to get my son a happy meal When I got home the happy meal box was empty except for a empty box of nuggets with a packet of jam and a packet of ketchup I attempt to get another happy meal for my son today, When I get home there’s no fries in the happy meal but there is a folded up brown bag inside WTH This is so wrong especially to be messing with happy meals Never go here!! ??????
