Good 'ol Micky-D's! It seems like it's constantly busy BUT they seem to keep it moving. But I would avoid drive-thru @ dinner time. Line is always wrapped COMPLETELY around building when I go by around 5-6. At least they don't lock their damnn bathrooms, so that's a plus!

This place never has anyone at the front counters. Tons of ppl standing around in the back no one acknowledges you as you stand there. I asked a poor kid running orders outside if they had anyone taking orders up front and he just said “no” I had to yell to a group of ppl standing around talking and ask if I could place an order. They all stared at me like I had 3 heads. Someone finally ran up and took my order. Some ppl still pay in cash and some ppl can’t use the kiosks for various reasons. The customer service at this place doesn’t exist, it’s pretty pitiful.

I went for breakfast and had a mobile order. They gave me the wrong order the girl didn’t even say hi or anything and no have a good day just handed the food out. I never have any bad experiences here but when I went in to fix it the dude at the front literally just said okay and never told his team about my wrong order. I waited 30 minutes and no one even comes up to you to ask if you need anything or waiting on something. Very disrespectful too I heard one of the managers say “well they should have said something” well maybe you should tell your team to communicate I told them twice about my order and nothing was done.

A couple days ago I went to get some food from the drive through and the girl taking my order was very rude and was rushing me moving on to handing my order out she was very hostile and she ended up spilling my drink on me and when I asked for her name she was very rude about it and walked off the next girl who came was very understanding about my situation and make sure I was taken care of when I asked for the young lady’s name she said it was celestyne I would advice to keep your employees in there place.

Wait at drive thru was longer than usual. Ordered a simple 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. Requested barbeque sauce. No barbecue sauce provided and cold fries! No sauce ruins the meal!

Its been a long time since I’ve had an amazing experience the food was great but the young lady Who brought my order to me was most courteous made me feel important asked me to check my order before she left and if that’s not customer service I don’t know what is if you want to feel good and have a great start. This is the place to go it was good enough for me to ask the young ladies name, I had to know who she was that got my day off to a great day and her name was Darlene thank you I hope you have a great day you made mine
