Night crew is amazing! They are always kind, get the food right, and hand it out warm. However, day crew never gets my order right, is always rude and discourteous, and always feels like unprepared (out of receipt paper, runs out of things, ect.) I would love to give this a 5 star for night crew because they are always amazing but after many bad experiences with day crew I knocked off two stars.

I’m not the only person who’s left a review on the black girl through the drive thru window who passes out the food. She was very mean and looked like a very unhappy person. Other than that, this McDonald’s is good.

So my husband went through the drive thru today to get the bbq glazed chicken strips that’s it. When he got home it was the regular chicken strip so he took them back and Melissa the manager on duty acted like she didn’t care and shrugged her shoulders. Maybe I should loan you my mothers hearing aid or better yet maybe you should actually be working and not goofing around. How hard is it to get one order right.
