I ordered a grinch meal they tried to give me chicken strips then couldn't figure out how much to charge me...again. I finally received my grinch meal and I have no sauce for my nuggets. Who orders nuggets with no sauce! Where is the training, awareness, or commen sense! Never going there again!!!

Slowest service I have ever seen. I sat in line for literally 30min trying to just pick up my mobile order on my lunch break and sat there so long I had to leave without my food so I could get back to work in time. This McDonald's sucks.

This McDonald's sucks every time I order either by door dash or curbside they mess up my order I was just there today and ordered in the app and waited in curbside parking for like 20 minutes till I finally go in to find out they gave my order to someone else won't be ordering from McDonald's again

I get into line and was skipped by 5 cars. So I pulled to the window gave my mobile code. Went to second window and was told to move to number one. I refused and stayed because I have been skipped in line for 5 cars. As well when I pull into the side spots I have to wait an additional 20 minutes! ( this isnt the first time being skipped at the drive thru or having to wait for over 20 minutes) manager gets mad and rolls her eyes and sighs. ( keep in mind the app is advertised as skip the line) They then proceeded to make me wait and delivered the food to the person behind me in line. Im not sure what the employees said to the car behind me but it wasn’t good because as they left they honked at me and flipped me off. The car behind them also did the same thing after there food was brought to them. The first car then proceeded to wait for me and follow me home. The rude actions of the manager and the employees not only endangered me but my 3 children in the car. The man got out of the car at my house and proceeded to try to fight me which really scared my children. If that wasnt enough when it was time to eat they had all my children's plates half open by not placing the eggs in properly. ( looks as if they threw in there to be rude or rushed) so now my kids couldnt eat because of these unsanitary practices and the rude attitude the manager has put on, this behavior obviously affecting the employees to in turn be rude to the customers as well as if its an okay practice. This isnt the first time this manager has been rude to me. It seems as if there are on a time quota to get out as many orders before a timer goes off or something or they get docked if the order takes to long! It seems like she only cares to get the orders she deems more important out on her time

The guy who was taking orders/cashiering in drive through was extremely rude. He was a “bigger guy” with long blonde hair in a pony tail. Family member mispronounced a word and he kept making fun and laughing obnoxiously the whole time. all around 8:50-9:00pm 10/23/25. He then got our order wrong so we let him know it was wrong and he catched an attitude quickly and slammed the drive through window and kept saying “I KNOW” “MISCLICKED. YEAH IK” while not letting us finish our sentences to let him know what he got wrong. Strange behavior
