Pulled up and ordered 2 green chile doubles and fries. Sent me straight to curbside. Waited there for 30 mins and still had to get down and wait another 5 mins while they pulled their heads out of their asses. All just laughing, I guess it was funny to them! No apology nothing. This place is a damn joke!!

Something is wrong with this mcdonalds... I dont appreciate the service here. They act like they r higher superior then the people that order the food .. the manager needs to stop hiring all these useless people and hire the ones that actually get the order correctly and takes there jobs seriously...I am about to call the corporate office to report this mcdonalds and the labor department.... they always give bad service and the workers r always making faces and cussing on the job. What family will come to this mcdonalds with there kids. Nobody...

Hours are still not actual hours. Even if it says online it’s 24 hours, it closes both in side and drive through. I get it if your understaffed but this is the last open place before anything past northern and its immensely disappointing when your on your way home after work and surprise it’s closed.
Waited in line to place an order. The employee just ignored everyone in line and ordered food for HIMSELF. After he was done, he looked up at the line and told everyone “Sorry I can’t help you.” AND WALKED AWAY.
No “let me get someone who can help you” or anything like that. Just walked away from a paying customer.
Plus the ultra-modern sterile atmosphere inside is hideous, and they don’t allow you to refill your own drinks anymore, but unfortunately both of those are standard for McDonalds nowadays.
Make the trip to the location over on southern. It’s way better.

The bagle sandwich we had gotten had goey greenish stuff in it, and smelt absolutely terrible. We know it wasn't supposed to look like that as we had gotten it before. The kiosk also didn't give us a receipt so we couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed with the McDonald's this morning.

Dont order thru mobile app or they'll park you. Called store after being at 3rd window for 20 min and employee told me they prioritize drive thru and make mobile at order wait. And that there is nothing they can do. It's just worth going to the other McDonalds instead. Management really needs to step up.
