Terrible customer service! Can never get my food in time! Or I sit at the drive through for a while for them to say “oh we are close” “I know You paid already but we are out” and didn’t say anything so I can wait 10 in the drive through line!
Plus online it says 24hs. Placed the order on the app and there no one there when we showed up 😒

been to this mcdonald’s multiple times and they always manage to get my order wrong people at the window are rude and don’t seem like they want to work there. if you are going to be rude then why work there? i ordered a basket of fries and it was all just dumped in there.

Food isn't made correctly half the cheese off to one side ordered no onion and got onions .some of the younger people very rude alot of problems at this restaurant i go out of my way to s outhern bl. Went to this McDonald's today ordered steak egg bagel no steak bacon instead Also 2 burritos only got 1 this is 2 days within a week orders wrong again . Went to this McDonald's 7/5/2025 again ordered no onions and got onions again they even had me pull up to the second window so they could make it had a tag on it and still got it wrong..manage ment is terrible and so is this McDonald's
