Rob was so kind and helpful when my daughter and I went on a munchies date. He explained how everything worked to my daughter and took time to make her experience a great one.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize Robert at this location after seeing all of the negative feedback he was getting. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. The store was clean, the toppings were fully stocked, and Robert went out of his way to make sure everything was just right with my order. I’ve come back several times and his customer service has always been outstanding!

He even offered a great recommendation I wouldn’t have tried otherwise, and it was delicious! Rob was professional, patient with other guests, and clearly takes pride in his impact on customer’s experiences. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and keeps the place running smoothly.

If you're going to visit, I highly recommend coming when Rob is working—you'll be in good hands!

Super fun place to go! Delicious options! Vegan, so many flavors! The staff are super friendly! They don’t accept cash they have a reward program you sign up online.. get the app.

One suggestion.. sell bottled water. 🙏

We went into this location on Saturday afternoon with 6 kids (ages 10-16) and three adults to celebrate my teenager’s 16th birthday. Savannah and Janet were AMAZING. Top notch customer service and assistance with our big group, and genuinely friendly and kind. They made the beginning of our party fantastic and we are so grateful! Never had an issue at this location in general, but they really stood out

Savannah and Janet were so welcoming and kind, assisting us with our handicaps and getting us free taste samples. The frozen yogurt was delicious and the buffet was fresh, very well stocked and clean. The freshly cooked waffle cone was perfect. They treated my kid like a star on their birthday. We will definitely be returning. The pomegranate froyo is awesome!

This location is disgusting. It constantly smells like sewage, the floors and counters are dirty, and we’ve seen dead roaches the past 2x. We will not visit this location again. The Menchie’s in Montaño Plaza is so much cleaner.

There was mold in the strawberries. I noticed to late we had already left, we back and asked for a refund and the girls behind the counter say they didn’t know how to give a refund, when I asked for the managers name they said they were not allowed to give out the name of the manager.

As I sit here with my daughters eating our frozen yogurt I cannot help but smell rancid milk. The floor is disgusting and filthy the countertops are full of crumbs and spills. Almost half half of the yogurts are empty or blinking. Two employees cashed us out and then left us inside by ourselves while they went to the back and were laughing and giggling. They didn't come back out even when others needed to pay. People could easily walk out without paying. Then one happily left while the other one was here doing nothing and neither one of them bothered to clean. It was kind of gross. We come because my daughter is lactose intolerant and we can usually get some delicious flavors here so she has more choice than at a regular ice cream store. Today they're only two options that were either lactose free or vegan so it was kind of disappointing because usually there are more. It saddens me to see such a wonderful store go downhill from when it first opened.

I had a great time at Menchie's! The frozen yogurt was delicious with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The cashier, Layla, was especially wonderful. She was very nice and made me feel truly welcome. Her friendly attitude added to the overall positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
