We went into this location on Saturday afternoon with 6 kids (ages 10-16) and three adults to celebrate my teenager’s 16th birthday. Savannah and Janet were AMAZING. Top notch customer service and assistance with our big group, and genuinely friendly and kind. They made the beginning of our party fantastic and we are so grateful! Never had an issue at this location in general, but they really stood out

Savannah and Janet were so welcoming and kind, assisting us with our handicaps and getting us free taste samples. The frozen yogurt was delicious and the buffet was fresh, very well stocked and clean. The freshly cooked waffle cone was perfect. They treated my kid like a star on their birthday. We will definitely be returning. The pomegranate froyo is awesome!

This location is disgusting. It constantly smells like sewage, the floors and counters are dirty, and we’ve seen dead roaches the past 2x. We will not visit this location again. The Menchie’s in Montaño Plaza is so much cleaner.

There was mold in the strawberries. I noticed to late we had already left, we back and asked for a refund and the girls behind the counter say they didn’t know how to give a refund, when I asked for the managers name they said they were not allowed to give out the name of the manager.

As I sit here with my daughters eating our frozen yogurt I cannot help but smell rancid milk. The floor is disgusting and filthy the countertops are full of crumbs and spills. Almost half half of the yogurts are empty or blinking. Two employees cashed us out and then left us inside by ourselves while they went to the back and were laughing and giggling. They didn't come back out even when others needed to pay. People could easily walk out without paying. Then one happily left while the other one was here doing nothing and neither one of them bothered to clean. It was kind of gross. We come because my daughter is lactose intolerant and we can usually get some delicious flavors here so she has more choice than at a regular ice cream store. Today they're only two options that were either lactose free or vegan so it was kind of disappointing because usually there are more. It saddens me to see such a wonderful store go downhill from when it first opened.

I had a great time at Menchie's! The frozen yogurt was delicious with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The cashier, Layla, was especially wonderful. She was very nice and made me feel truly welcome. Her friendly attitude added to the overall positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

This store is so dirty! The floor is sticky, not in 1 spot but in so many it is a health hazard. There is food on the floor. This is after several and no more visits to this store. I call the corporate phone number and left over 10 messages with customer service and the CEO, Amit Y. Kleinberger, and never got a call back.

I don’t do reviews to often but today I absolutely loved my visit at Menchie’s and felt like I’d had to. (July 24th, around 5:40ish) The two young ladies at the front wearing glasses and crocs were the sweetest, most welcoming folks, I’ve ever encountered. The young lady, I believe her name was Navauh helped me decide what flavor to get after my personal fav, oatly vanilla went away. She then told me they have the last prepackaged quarts of that flavor that are always BOGO!! Awesome Menchie’s! What a Steal! I definitely would recommend the Rio Rancho to enjoy the best frozen yogurt to your family and friends! #froyolife ?

Janet and Savannah are amazing! They are so good with my girls and super friendly. We go back hoping to see Janet and or Savannah. Menchies is lucky to have them both!!!

We came in today for a frozen yogurt after a movie. My daughter has to eat sugar free due to an allergy. We like Menchies because they usually have at least one sugar free flavor. We noticed they didn't today and so we inquired about why. The young girl told us the machine was acting up but they had it but she couldn't get my daughter any. She offered a prepack (for more money and no toppings) as an option. My sister asked if it was possible, since they had some in a pack, if they could open a pack and just scoop out some for my daughter to put toppings on and eat. She asked another worker (maybe the manager?) who told us they aren't allowed to open prepacks. I explained that we weren't being picky, my daughter has an allergy. She again repeated that they were unable to help. How's that for customer service? This is not the first time I have had poor service at this location. They lost out on a sale from the four of us because they were too lazy to accommodate a customer. There is no reason she couldn't have walked to the back and scooped out a little from the vat in the back. She even told us they had some back there. We went to Cold Stone instead and will be doing that or somewhere else from now on. Peace out Menchies. ✌️

I went in about 20 minutes before closing and everything was clean and the girls at the counter were very welcoming and interacted a conversation with me I believe their names were Sierra and Savannah. Amazing service will definitely be coming back again.
