THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE ? let me tell you. I had Weightloss surgery VSG and before surgery my go to was Starbucks. I found this place one day going to the UPS store and I have not stopped shopping here since. The owner is super sweet and friendly! They have been a life saver. Their protein shakes, protein waffles, protein snacks have all been so delicious and not heavy at all on my stomach!I am a strange human being and love to experiment with flavors and they are willing to indulge with my weird combinations! I currently am obsessed with a fruity pebbles/cocoa pebbles matcha protein shake. It is to die for! The fact that they’re willing to make me something like that should tell you everything you need to know.Usually protein leaves a thick after taste where you know you’re having protein. You can’t taste it! These drinks are so yummy and also Diabetic friendly.As you can see from my photos I am a regular and have to boast about it all the time! So delicious! This is my favorite place to treat myself.Also you have to try the monster cookie bites! Oh my gosh! They’re addictive and so good!Their teas to! My man and I fight over the Sour gummy worm mega tea. After I finish my protein shake I’ll steal his tea and he gets so mad because it is that good!Also my fellow Matcha lovers, Matcha is officially on the menu!!!Please give this small business a chance, you will be a regular instantly I promise. It’s delicious. There’s so much to try, you can do combinations and never be bored. Im filling up my member punch card so fast!Trust me, don’t hesitate, try them! So worth it!

Super friendly staff and owner! Felt like family the moment I stepped in. The megaTea is an amazing pick me up without all the crazy sugar but gives a nice caffeine boost when I need it plus hydration. So many flavor options that you'll never get tired trying any of the shakes or teas.My 10 year old got the brownie batter kids shake and she loved it! It's nice knowing it's not loaded with sugar and junk and also gives her protein to help filler her up and build muscles ?? Doesn't taste artificial and was super smooth and creamy!I also got the brownie batter waffle and yum!! Fluffy and loaded with protein, no added sugar and filled me up. I will be coming back at least once a week, or more, when I need to squish my food cravings! Great stuff!!! Highly recommended!

It tastes like a bagged shake mix with nothing special done to it. The heaping helping of artificial sweeteners in these premade protein mixes is not necessary. This is my SPOT !! It’s so delicious! I ask so many questions and they’re always so happy to answer all of them. I make so many small requests and substitutes and every time they’re more than happy to do things the way I want them! Within reason of course. There’s so many options, shakes, teas, cake pops, parfaits, donuts, waffles. SO MUCH to set you up for the most energized, fulfilling, and focused day with no guilt. I’m so blessed I found this place. The owner, her mom, and her kids are the most sweetest things I’ve ever met! I was trying to find a healthy place to buy a snack to eat near Rio Rancho, and I found this place. I had never been here before, but I was surprised at how yummy their shake was. I got myself a shake, and my husband got his tea. They were not only yummy but also contained lots of protein, nutrition, and vitamins. This shake was so good and also very healthy.
