Placed an order through Uber eats. Three of the objects on the order were missing so I called Uber. They told me to call the Panda Express to see if something could be fixed. When I called nobody answered. Then I called again. Somebody answered and then put me on hold. Called a third time she answered the phone and this was a really rude employee. She answered the phone. Didn't listen to a word I said said that I should get a refund from doordash. I said I understand it is frustrating to get a call like this that you guys are probably busy but I am a customer as well and I am asking you for help and she hung up on me again. When I called back no answer. So I went to the Panda Express physically. When I got there I wanted to pull into the drive-thru because I am currently sick and did not want to contaminate the lobby full of other people and food. The same woman who answered the phone stuck her head out of the drive-thru window after telling me that I need to come in to the lobby I said there was a car in front of me. She said you can still pull up so as I pulled up she stuck her head out the window again and said well don't hit that lady's car in front of me. So I waited probably 4 minutes. Then when I came into the lobby I had another woman fix my order and this woman who was at the window had kind of a bestie at work with her who kept briefly coming over and listening to the conversation of Olivia, the manager and I go over the situation. I work in healthcare and I know better than anybody what it's like to escalate a situation and then get physically assaulted because the angry person does not want to listen to reason. Now that is not who I am, but this employee made an already frustrating situation 10 times worse. Then she proceeded to have that irritated person physically come into the lobby and endanger the rest of the employees there had I been a less scrupulous person. That's exactly what would have happened and a Karen episode would have been filmed and posted on tiktok. I don't recommend ordering from Uber or doordash because other reviews have said that this place also gets their orders wrong and if you just want to eat there cool. But if you want to take away, I recommend going into the building and ordering your food and walking out with your order. Olivia, the manager was great.

My friends and I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken from Panda Express for lunch, but when we got our food there was no Teriyaki Sauce at all in the bag. That was a bit disappointing as we all wanted to have the Teriyaki Sauce with our Teriyaki Chicken. Why would you not put Teriyaki Sauce in the bag when an order of Teriyaki Chicken is placed. Don't quite understand that. To me that's a no-brainer to put Teriyaki Sauce in the order(s) of Teriyaki Chicken.

Went to Panda and wish I didn’t. I got the beef and broccoli bowl, I asked for the rice to be on the side… but, for whatever reason, they couldn’t do it. I literally, (not exaggerating), got three pieces of beef. I do not want all rice for dinner. I took two bites and was done. I don’t think I could even doctor it up to make it worth it. Yuck! I would definitely recommend saving your money and going to the Chinese spot in Cottonwood Mall, much better food for your time and money. I will not be visiting Panda at all. In these times, our money needs to be worth it. Super disappointed!!!

I have gone there a few times and order the family meal. They seem to not get it right and never give me all my items. The fried rice is never fully cooked. It’s upsetting when you want to go out and treat your family and the order and customer service was wack and a waste of money.

I went by tofay and ordered a plate with both Kung pau chicken and orange chicken and when I got home my plate only had kung pau chicken :/ not the first time this happened either extremely disappointing and it had bearly any flavor with the chicken and the rice

They stop making food well before closing time. I waited in the drive through 1½ hours before they closed only to be told they are out of over half the menu because they are "winding down"..."so they can get out of here".
Then they got my order wrong to boot.

Went through the drive thru, we only received half of our order correctly. The kids meal was correct but the other order was incorrect. Also got charged for an extra drink, but we only asked for and received two. Tried calling but no answer at this location.

Placed an order online for pickup and they got the order wrong. The receipt/order printed and attached to the container had my order correct but whoever filled the order got it completely wrong. Make sure you check your food before you leave the premises.

Also they now have an armed guard just standing in the dining area.

This Panda Express locations absolutely sucks compared to most across the country. The portion sizes are way smaller. The food is cooked terribly. Lady working there let some people cut me in line even though I asked them if they were in line and they said no and let me go. The same lady also started banging on chairs stacking them around me trying to get me to leave at 10:20 ish but the store closes at 11.

Pathetic location go to the ones nearby they are way better.

This location has a security guard doing circles outside and inside! Apparently terrible location and I didn't even get food due to it. Taking business elsewhere

Placed an order on the app. Walked in after I got the text it was ready. 8 people behind the counter and no body acknowledges your presence till you yell at them. Including the girl who was at the counter when I walked up and she blankly walked away when I was staring right at her. I get it your busy. My order was prepared and sitting right behind you. Think.
