Best Pho in the entire Rio Rancho/Albuquerque area. Their broth is the tastiest around, and the amount of noodles is perfect. You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been to Pho Bar!

Ordered a full order of fresh spring rolls to go, which includes 2 + a peanut sauce for dipping. The small sauce container was HALF full. Asked the Latino lady with dark colored-in eyebrows if she could add more and she said she’d have to charge me. Seriously?!! If somebody orders 2 spring rolls, include enough sauce for BOTH of them! Terrible customer service.
This was on 2/28/25 at around 1:30pm.
Will stick with Saigon 2 right up the road, on Unser. Better food/service & they don’t try to nickle & dime you.

Pho was bland. Spring rolls had too much cucumber peel, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, there were no fresh herbs, the tofu was flavorless, and the peanut sauce tasted fake. Very disappointing. Will not return.

We got 2 pho tonight. And they were not good. Brisket was dry and few. They gave a plate of bean sprout and a very few leaves of basil and cilantro. They were so few that I could count them. If you love eating pho, you know how important the garnish is to the soup. I gave this place a 5 stars review before. But we had some bad meals recently . So I needed to give it a 1 star review. I think the place needs a wake up call. It used to be a good Vietnamese restaurant. Their spring rolls used to be as big as the ones sold at Coda bakery in ABQ. But now, they were small, about half the size of what it used to be.

I love this restaurant so much. I don't even need a menu... I have what I love memorized. My favorite dishes are the curry chicken, black pepper catfish, and of coarse the chicken pho with rice noodles. I always ask for dark meat chicken. If it's a cold day or I'm not feeling well, I head straight to Pho Bar to get some Pho. Their brooth is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly ove the phone, my wife and I ordered Pho to go (was not feeling so well), tried the brisket this time, and it was pretty darn good! Pho here is good, and it was packaged well, and traveled without any issues. Only complaint I have was that it could have used more jalapeños. I know, I know, minor complaint. All kidding aside, very good and would come back again!
