Had a rare steak pho the other day it was good. I think the broth can use a little bit more flavor. It was a little bland for me but very good. I asked for extra steak and they gave me extra steak, which was good because I’ve tried other places and they barely give you like five pieces of steak And I asked for extra garnish. I wish they would’ve gave me a little bit more jalapeño and cilantro, but very good.

Best Pho in the entire Rio Rancho/Albuquerque area. Their broth is the tastiest around, and the amount of noodles is perfect. You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been to Pho Bar!

They have a vegetarian menu and can accommodate most things vegan. Must specify veggie broth for the pho! I also am gluten and peanut free and they were able to make most things gf as well.

Ordered a full order of fresh spring rolls to go, which includes 2 + a peanut sauce for dipping. The small sauce container was HALF full. Asked the Latino lady with dark colored-in eyebrows if she could add more and she said she’d have to charge me. Seriously?!! If somebody orders 2 spring rolls, include enough sauce for BOTH of them! Terrible customer service.
This was on 2/28/25 at around 1:30pm.
Will stick with Saigon 2 right up the road, on Unser. Better food/service & they don’t try to nickle & dime you.

Pho was bland. Spring rolls had too much cucumber peel, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, there were no fresh herbs, the tofu was flavorless, and the peanut sauce tasted fake. Very disappointing. Will not return.
