I always love NM Pinion Coffee! Some of the best local coffee I have found. From just their Keurig cups to the drinks they make in the stores, it’s amazing! Also a good price too. The service was very nice too.

Went through the drive thru, it was absolutely dead there/not busy, ordered 2 things, couldn’t get it right. Ordered a food product and already paid and they didn’t ask me for a refund, they just said they didn’t have it and gave me some pastry I am not gonna eat, and told her that, she gave me a different pastry and it was basically frozen. The drink I ordered wasn’t right, and I tipped. If I’m tipping go above and beyond, DO YOUR JOB! Why is it so hard for these gen-z kids to just work? I also asked for napkins and she completely dismissed it, seemed annoyed I was bugged she couldn’t get a simple order right. I am so laid back but why are people so lazy but choose to work in food and customer service?! I’m a pretty loyal customer to here, but I don’t know after this.

I came here to try my first ever Pinon coffee. The staff was great and helped me fix something that I liked a biscochito iced latte. The atmosphere was good - I gave it 4 stars because it seemed like the machine noise was a little louder than I normally experience in coffee shops but overall, great place highly recommended!

Today was my last day getting coffee from Pinon. They had printouts on their counter that are anti I C E and pro illegals. Stay out of politics. You have lost one customer.

Great experience! The staff of this coffee house got out the coffee and burritos fast, and they were very kind. The coffee itself is absolutely a must try, and there is countless options. I got myself a Signature Mexican Spiced Chocolate Latte Freeze and a Green Chile Bacon Burrito and both were of quality. If you're looking for a true New Mexican staple, come to Pinon Coffee House! I am definitely going here again.

7/13/25 service doesn't know the difference between 4 bear claws and 1 bear claw or 4 danish and 1 danish.
7/2024Awesome!!! The people have been friendly and can hear clearly what is being said. No issues with orders!!

This location is insanely inconsistent. I stopped going here for a while because it was inconsistent with drinks and then they had better management for a bit… now it’s back to being bad. They weren’t even busy. Drinks are completely unmixed with syrup at the bottom and straight up milk on top. They got my order wrong twice. Every drink was wrong and then the remake not drinkable. Only giving one extra star for because they are super nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Updated with another star because they made it right and refunded my order when I brought it back several hours later - they have great service.

They changed their cappuccinos, it’s now a freaking latte, not a cappuccino. While the rebranding is nice they also took out the staff picks board where I’d get inspiration for what I would order.

Ordered a biscochito latte and donut. The donut was surprisingly refrigerated, however not bad. Service was quick and they also gave me a pup cup for my dog.

Great experience at Piñon Coffee House! I ordered the vegetarian green chili burrito and an iced latte—both were really good. The burrito was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Took 30 minutes for coffee. Definitely not coming back to this place

Listen, I LOVE Piñon Coffee. But for the last six months, the drive through consistently takes 10-25 minutes if there are more than two people in front of you. I have regretted stopping basically 9 out of 10 times because it’s INFURIATINGLY slow. There’s almost no incentive to stop anymore and it’s heartbreaking because I love this place.
