I love pinon coffee house! Mainly because it’s local and all the beverages are delicious! I love it even more because I realized today THEY USE COFFEE ICE CUBES!!! Frozen coffee, so your iced lattes stay cold but don’t get watered down. GENIUS. Ugh I love it I’ve been telling everyone I know about it today😂. Go get a coffee from pinon ASAP!
This location has fallen off the deep end. By far the worst location in town. The management here has turned into nothing but corporate shills. They got rid of all the good special drinks for seemingly no reason. it’s as if this location is ran by octogenarians who have no concept of modern marketing or customer service. They have been handing out gift cards as an apology for the poor service, without informing customers that these gift cards had no funds in them. This is blatantly abysmal customer service that should NOT be indulged. if you’re a die hard PCH customer, i beg you to find a different location or chain altogether and not give your money to these greedy, lying, selfish managers who couldn’t care less about the customers they serve.

Went the other day for a coffee and my drink tasted watered down, which has quite literally never happened in the past. The environment of this location also seems to have lost its charm in the past few weeks. Seems like it’s time for me to find a new coffee shop.

I recently went in on Saturday I will not be going back there was only one person who looks like they know what they are doing I was told they were training but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous 45 mins for a dang coffee and microwaved donut I also purchased a burrito, when I got it it was lukewarm absolutely disgusting you all need to figure out how to be a functioning company till then I’ll be going else where

This location used to be my favorite… I came by a week ago and the experience was pretty awful, I believe it’s because of new management, anyways I was able to look past it because the new manager gave me a $10 gift card. But i came in today only to find out that the gift card had zero funds in it. Very unprofessional and such an embarrassing thing to do. I will not be returning to this location until management is replaced with people who actually care about customer service and I suggest everyone else does the same.

The 4 of us had hot and cold coffees, we all agreed they were delicious. I loved my lavender honey cold one. One of us had a burrito and enjoyed it. Great friendly atmosphere. Much better than the big coffee chains, IMMO

First visit to this location. I informed the employee at the front that I had just placed an online order, provided the name on the order (Mel), and mentioned that it might not be ready yet, so I would take a seat and wait. This was acknowledged with an “okay.” Despite that, I was later corrected in front of other employees and told what I should have done, even though I had already done exactly that. The interaction was uncomfortable and could have been handled more professionally. As a result, I am unsure if I would return to this location.
Love this place!

The Mexican Spiced Latte and the Bear claw are staples for me from here. They're both delicious and not over powering in their flavor profiles. The drive thru was timely and the Barista was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We thought we would try a coffee place that wasn’t Starbucks. The people working there just gave us strange looks and were not friendly or welcoming. The coffee was barely hot , but okay. Not worth coming back. Apparently, Starbucks is the place to go.

We went to all the pinon coffee houses in albq and none of them had biscochito donuts. This was the only location that had them. Our last hope! The donuts were warm and delicious and the coffees were amazing. The staff was friendly. We are coming from out of town and this was the best location.
