In July 2025 I had a FLY baked into my pizza. I reported it. They never replied. I contacted corporate and they had the location contact me. They refused to refund me and wanted to offer me a $20 credit but would not put it on my Pizza Hut account. I asked as I was moving out of state to have it posted to my account. I opened a dispute with the bank and could not get a refund either. This is not the first issue I have had with this location. I am glad I moved away.

After making a call in, I took my time getting there for the pick up. When I arrived I was told it would be ready in two minutes. They the employee came out and said that the pasta wasn't seen on the order so it would be a few minutes more. I waited in their lobby for 10 minutes. This is after a 7 minute drive to there location.

They forgot my wings last order and promised a $15 credit on my next order instead of delivering my wings since they were busy. Just went to place my next order and no credit. Spoke with the manager and he was rude and basically said I was out of luck after talking over me and interrupting. I order all the time and I’ll never be back. Buy elsewhere I won’t be spending my money where it’s not appreciated

My last two orders were not to satisfaction. The first one was missing toppings that I paid for. And the second one I informed the operator of the last incident and asked if we could get extra toppings on this order, she stated that she would put a note in, but it wasn’t a guarantee. So I placed my order in hopes that I would get a pizza with all the toppings that I paid for but once again, I received the pizza and it was very very light in toppings. I’m talking one olive per slice bacon was nonexistent and it’s disappointing because the quality of the pizza itself is amazing, delicious but the fact that there is no toppings and you pay for them and they’re not cheap is quite disappointing. In fact makes you wanna go elsewhere. I hope that this can change because my family and I do in fact, love the pizza. PS wings were also pretty dry.

Just picked up two med pizzas, drowning in sauce, undercooked crust, toppings dropped in one spot and not even busy. The worst pizza I’ve ever had, very disappointing.

We ordered online for carry out, but when we got there it was locked. 5 minutes later an employee stepped out to tell us there is an order pick up window on the other side. So heads up! If it’s late, go around to the other side ☺️ Food was great!

The Tavern Double Pepperoni pizza is so, so good, I ordered a medium last time around, and almost ate the entire pizza on my own. This time, I ordered a large, plus one of their brownies in a box desserts. Yum!

We have been customers for years and preferred Pizza Hut over all other pizza establishments. But I am sad to say we will no longer be eating there any longer. They have taken green chilie off the menu. How do you do that in New Mexico? They did suggest banana peppers and bell peppers but that is no comparison to green chilie. I just can't believe that they made this decision in this state.
