I ordered 2 pizza’s, breadsticks and a desert at 7:30pm, I received a text message at 7:49pm saying that my order was picked up and on the way. My ETA for delivery was 8:13pm. I looked at the Pizza Hut map and my ETA kept getting longer and longer. I decided to call Pizza Hut at 8:32pm to ask if everything was okay, I even texted the driver from the app to ask if everything was okay. No response from the driver so we requested that if the pizza is cold, if we could get a refund. The manager, Landon, said “yes, you can call me back if the pizza gets there and it’s cold” the pizza finally got delivered at 8:50pm and it was in fact cold. We called Landon back and he said “I have issued you a credit so the next time you order it’s free” we told him that is not what we requested and he had to put us on hold for sometime to ask someone else. They ended up telling us they don’t issue refunds and that we would have to speak to the district manager. We asked for the district managers name and number and they said “we don’t have a number. I don’t know who it is.” I requested to speak with someone else and someone named Noah got on the phone. I asked Noah the same information and he said he did not know. He told me I could put in a complaint and I asked how do I do that and again he said “I don’t know” then I asked for another manager and he told me the general manager is not in and I said okay can I get his name and when he will be in but Noah hung up on me. I called back and they answered and hung up. I called back on a different number and I spoke to Landon again and I asked if he could direct me on how to put in a complaint and he stayed silent mostly but then proceeded to say “I don’t know” I asked if I can have more information on his general manager, the website and/or the district contact information and Landon hung up on me.

I have a history of reviewing PH locations in Rio Rancho and the location in Enchanted Hills off of Jager is the best. It's a smaller location but everything has been perfect. The staff is excellent and the pizza is as fresh as you've ever had with both take out and delivery. An easy 5 star location.
Parking: Parking options are excellent.

After spending 15 minutes ordering pizza and other things they called me 10 minutes after our call they let us know that they will not deliver to our address. Kind of weird but whatever I guess our business doesn't mean anything. Thanks for nothin. They're literally 5 minutes down the road.

Ordered online, and was going to pick up my slice of the pizza, noticed a fly cooked on top and into the pizza. Called for a resolution on, was told I’d only get a $20 coupon sent back to my account after getting 2 pizzas that have for more than $20. I was told “we can’t control everything”, but you could control how you make things right with the customer/consumer.

Rude management, inconsiderate and unprofessional work environment
My brother-in-law was transferring from the pizza hut in Farmington to work at this one since he was moving in with my husband and I. His last day working at the pizza hut in Farmington was Sunday June 30th. He had one day to finish packing since he was scheduled to work at this pizza hut on Tuesday July 2nd. He finished packing and left Farmington on July 2nd but due to the wind speeds of 25mph had to drive carefully and didn't make it down here until 5:00pm and was scheduled to work at 4:00pm. He told the manager he would be a little late but would go straight to the store to work when he got into town and the manager was extremely rude and made accusations that he was a flake and shouldn't bother going to work at pizza hut cuz he didn't want him working and wasn't considerate or reasonable but was very rude. He was very negative and was unable to resolve the problem by working with my brother-in-law. Management at this location fails to demonstrate good leadership skills of open communication, positive work environment, resolve problems, recognize anything positive at all, no consideration and doesn't respect other employees. Work environments that demotivate employees due to negativity make the workplace a toxic environment and fail to offer good service because they have such a difficult time finding employees who want to work in a stressful workplace where management is unreasonable and makes employees jobs even more challenging than it has to be. It's difficult dealing with ppl who make accusations and who can't be slightly even a little understanding and treat good employees with little respect.
From finishing my order to the time of delivery was only 15 minutes! Super yummy and fresh, hot pizza. Super super satisfied with the service!
