Really a disappointment that they STILL will not deliver to Mountain Hawk Estates. They told us 2 yrs ago that they were going to get special permission to go there since there is not another PH within 5 miles to deliver there. No wonder I go elsewhere to get my pizzas.

I would order Little Ceasars before I order here again. Waiting an hour and a half for my order only for it to be missing my breadsticks. Tried to contact the store and got connected to a call center that does not speak clearly and has an attitude, when I asked for an estimated delivery time she told me she could not provide one. Very bad customer service. Do not order here.

Pizza looked like a medium for the price of a large. Little to no sauce with minimum ingredients. Ordered pizza supreme which was disappointing. Lacked flavor and ingredients. Going back to dominos!

Always a big disappointment. I try pizza hut and everytime comes out disgusting breaded wings are like rocks, pizza over cooked and definitely not the impression of crust being offered in the app. Pizza Hut the company should look to hire employees that take pride in doing their job, and actually provide quality food. That's the problem these days kids don't care how the food they cook for their work comes out they only care about the pay check that's what's wrong. I recall working for food places loving my job making quality food and providing quality service but this generation has killed that breed.

So I'm in Bermanillo NM and local spots all politics 4 delivery 1/2 mile like they gourmet standard. Thick pizza n then chinese joint was on slushie tho. Pizza hut kept it tall got da chili delivered me a topic wing set Buffalo hot 🔥 n 3 chili sauced 12 set. Oh they didn't disappoint. You need that on deck call pizza hut at this location. Tell da driver Hit em wit it!!!

I ordered 2 pizza’s, breadsticks and a desert at 7:30pm, I received a text message at 7:49pm saying that my order was picked up and on the way. My ETA for delivery was 8:13pm. I looked at the Pizza Hut map and my ETA kept getting longer and longer. I decided to call Pizza Hut at 8:32pm to ask if everything was okay, I even texted the driver from the app to ask if everything was okay. No response from the driver so we requested that if the pizza is cold, if we could get a refund. The manager, Landon, said “yes, you can call me back if the pizza gets there and it’s cold” the pizza finally got delivered at 8:50pm and it was in fact cold. We called Landon back and he said “I have issued you a credit so the next time you order it’s free” we told him that is not what we requested and he had to put us on hold for sometime to ask someone else. They ended up telling us they don’t issue refunds and that we would have to speak to the district manager. We asked for the district managers name and number and they said “we don’t have a number. I don’t know who it is.” I requested to speak with someone else and someone named Noah got on the phone. I asked Noah the same information and he said he did not know. He told me I could put in a complaint and I asked how do I do that and again he said “I don’t know” then I asked for another manager and he told me the general manager is not in and I said okay can I get his name and when he will be in but Noah hung up on me. I called back and they answered and hung up. I called back on a different number and I spoke to Landon again and I asked if he could direct me on how to put in a complaint and he stayed silent mostly but then proceeded to say “I don’t know” I asked if I can have more information on his general manager, the website and/or the district contact information and Landon hung up on me.

I have a history of reviewing PH locations in Rio Rancho and the location in Enchanted Hills off of Jager is the best. It's a smaller location but everything has been perfect. The staff is excellent and the pizza is as fresh as you've ever had with both take out and delivery. An easy 5 star location.
Parking: Parking options are excellent.

After spending 15 minutes ordering pizza and other things they called me 10 minutes after our call they let us know that they will not deliver to our address. Kind of weird but whatever I guess our business doesn't mean anything. Thanks for nothin. They're literally 5 minutes down the road.
