This Popeyes location always seems to get your orders wrong, and the afternoon staff need to be better trained. Their communication and active listening skills are sadly lacking.

The manager is a decent and hardworking guy, and his staff in the earlier shifts seem more knowedable and friendlier than the afternoon crew. So kudos to the morning crew and manager.

Now, back to the food: The macaroni looked and tasted awful. It was dry and was not creamy, possibly overcooked, too.

The chicken is rarely appealing or tasty. Its color is off, too.
It always comes out looking too dark and brown (over cooked) possibly because it definitely does not come out a crispy light in color and lacks its past buttery flavor.

The chicken tastes like it is now soaked and cooked in vegetable oil.

I'm really not sure if these Popeyes changed the oil they deep fry their chicken in or, if they also changed the batter they use.

Sadly, as prices continue to soar, this just doesn't make any sense.

Such a bummer.

The food is amazing it was my first time eating here. But the reason why I rated this place a 1 star is because my family and I all got a meal and they only gave us 2 sauces. I asked for 2 more for my other family members and they said, "We will have to charge you for that". I paid for 4 meals just to get 2 for the entire family? McDonalds does better than this next time I'll just go somewhere else that will give me the at least 1 sauce per meal🙄

I order from this location quite a bit. Chicken (fried pieces, strips, wings [bone-in, and other; signature hot is 🔥🔥🔥]), fish sandwich when they have it (love!!!), sides; it's a 9 out of ten for quality.
It seems whenever I order delivery from here...I'd say at least 7 out of 10 times something is missing/wrong.
THAT being said...if you have the time to pick up in store, go through the drive-thru, or want to dine in...service is 9 out of 10 fast, not overly friendly but not rude, and I've never had issues getting my order fixed...

How can you have a gift card for popeyes, and you go to popeyes, and the refuse to accept it. Then after paying cash, got the order wrong, after waiting almost 20 minute's

To be honest this location doesn't deserve any stars. You could not understand the cashier, the wait was a little over 30 minutes for a #1 just the sandwich and a large Mac and cheese. They were getting out huge orders to people that were there after us. By the time we actually got our food to my disappointment the Mac and cheese was not made the way everyone had been telling me it was made (nice texture) it had zero texture and seemed like it was simply made to be edible, not the glorious Mac and cheese it was said to be.
