The Barbacoa tacos were amazing! We also tried the elote en vaso, and that was tasty too! The "hot" is pretty hot... so if you're sensitive to spice get mild! Their salsas were very tasty as well! Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I love this food truck the food is good the ppl r nice and I can’t stop going I’m addicted so so delicious only thing they move the food truck to different locations close by locations so I always end up finding it and I wish they would put a phone number on their website so I can just call and ask where they’re parked other than that, hands-down favorite place to eatKid-friendliness: The food truck employees are super awesome. Very nice and kind really cool thing is they give you beepers so you don’t have to wait out in the sun you can sit in your car and turn your AC on and the beeper will vibrate when your food is ready some thing I really love about that place, I’m just really obsessed because their sazón is amazing and it’s worth it to hunt the food truck down because sometimes they move locations. I have stop there about 18 times this month I recommend there Elotes and Carne Asada whether it be on Tacos or tortas my favoriteDietary restrictions: I am lactose and I always ask for no cheese, and they are amazing at giving me what I ask for and making my food perfect so you won’t see me at another food truck maybe even restaurants or a thing of the past for me because this food truck is so delicious and very affordable

The food is fantastic. In the five years we've been in NM, we've had a hard time finding Mexican food. New Mexican food is good, but it's not the same as Mexican food. The folks at this truck were really nice and efficient, and the pager system they use when your order is ready is really helpful. We felt the prices were very reasonable too.I got the Ignacias al pastor and my partner got asada tacos. They were both truly excellent. As for sides, for me, the pineapple salsa was a stand out, and my partner was thrilled they included a grilled jalapeno with each plate. We will absolutely be back again soon, and frequently.
