We were thoroughly disappointed with our Christmas Day experience. Despite confirming our reservation and accepting payment for delivery, the restaurant was closed, leaving us stranded without our planned meal. The lack of communication and disregard for customer plans during a special occasion is unacceptable. We expect a prompt refund and a sincere apology to consider giving this establishment another chance
