Sal-E-Boy's Pizzeria

Grew up in Brooklyn but I've been here 7 years and only found out about it 3 years ago. I've been around this country a few times and everywhere I go i'll have people raving about their local pizza joint. But it's always gimmicky garbage. Sal E Boys is BY FAR the best pizza outside of the city, period, and it ain't even close. Too bad my kids won't be able to experience it for themselves

Sal-E-Boys was one of the best pizza places in Rio Rancho. Yes, I did was. They have closed.

Pizza crust was burnt and absolutely no toppings. There was more crust then actual flavor in the pizza itself. The role was dripping grease with raw veggies and canned sausage. Also the dough was burnt from the role and

We ordered two pizzas recently. They had no flavor and not too much in the way of cheese and sauce. Plus, the Got No Delivery sign in the front window makes you think who's running this place. We won't be back.

Called yesterday 1/3/20 to order a pizza and a meatball sub sandwich. I spoke with Sam (who is the manager). Sam was unpleasant to speak with based on his tone of voice which lacked enthusiasm and gave me the impression that he was having a bad day. Sam advised me that they do not sell sandwiches and I said “ok” (I paused and repeated to confirm because most pizza restaurants also have subs), before I could continue to order my pizza Sam hung up in my face. Although I do not think Sam had an issue with me personally, I believe that his poor attitude was affecting his work style. I found out that the owners name is Sal and I’m hoping that this review gets addressed by the owner because I would love to try their pizza one day. Great customer service should ALWAYS be priority.

Yummy. NY Style. 12" cooks the best IMO

Picked up a Sal-E-Boy's special and a meatball roll. Friendly service and great pizza. Nice change from other places. Not your typical New Mexican or chain pizza, and super yummy

Delicious!!! Best pizza you can get hands down. My favorite it the pep pizza roll with ricotta!!! YUM!! The italian burrito is also another favorite! Sooooo good!! Staff is awesome and always fast!

Best pizza I have had in years! The cheese is amazing and the pieces are huge and the dough has an amazing texture! Will find it hard to eat pizza anywhere else in Albuquerque/ Rio Rancho area again

I love the quality ingredients they use on the pizzas. Would have been 5 stars but the bottom was burnt in some places.

First time, and it was sooo good! Great NY style pizza. It literally reminded me of eating pizza in NYC!! Thanks Sal-E boys! We will be ordering again.
