Waited to order in the drive through for 5 or more minutes at 2:30pm today. No one ever came on the intercom to ask for my order. I had a line starting to form behind my car. I could see the blonde girl staring at me from inside. I kept saying hello and sticking my arm out the window trying to get there attention but nothing. Only 1 car in parking lot so I dont get why they couldn't take my order. Sad part is I was craving this all day and didn't get anything. Drove off upset. These people just don't want to work nowadays. I work in the food industry 20+ years and I've never been lazy. So disappointed

Too expensive for them to get it wrong EVERY TIME. even if you order on the app. I wouldn’t even be mad if it was just tomatoes or something but there’s not way to un-mayo a sandwich. Disappointing every single time

Schlotzsky's is my favorite. This place is amazing and the food is great and the people are very very friendly through the window
The restaurant & tables were filthy, which I am assuming were not cleaned the night before because we were there when they opened at 10:00 am. After I eating my sandwich I waited 10 minutes at the register to order Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. I went to the window only to dind two employees chatting away about their personal life. I asked for assistance and still no one came to the counter. Where is the work ethic!! Servicd was pathetic.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! My food was absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered a California flatbread extra chicken, !extra cheese and a side of garlic dipping sauce. Not only did none of these things happen, my flatbread tasted BURNT!!!! I also ordered a broccoli and cheddar soup and it was cold. If I were a customer I would advise you to find somewhere else to eat as the employees here could care less about the quality of food they serve. Not to mention my order was almost $25 you would think it would at least have the modifications I asked for!

Our first and only trip here. We opted to dine in. We ordered food, 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 sides.
The first meal came without issue, however the second came out incorrect and then took over 30 minutes to come out after we let them know we were still waiting.
While waiting for the second meal, I looked down at the floor under our table and noticed a roach dying.
