The kids working at night are rude, dont know what theyre doing and they take forever just for cold food to come out. Everytime the little girl opened the window she laughed like something was funny. Very upset. Customer service skills suck over there and they all need more training. Won't be returning. Train the kids better or hire adults.

Usually a better experience. The coke had no flavor. We waited longer than normal for cold food, but the taters were hot. I assume we were waiting for them. The chicken sandwich was almost gross.

Ordered a red bull refresher and 4 other drinks. They didn't bring out the red bull drink. Instead they ignored us when I tried to contact through the button and by knocking on the door. I went through the drive through and they said they were out of red bull and I had to choose another drink. Instead of just letting us know when they first brought it out. Then refused to refund the money for the red bull drink as it was a 7 dollar drink and the one they gave me as a sub was 2 bucks. Rude employees that tried to snake their way out Instead of being upfront with me
Update: I called the store and they were super rude telling me it's my fault for ordering something they were out of. This is outrageous. I paid for things I didn't receive.

Person, who claims to be general manager being extremely unprofessional, refusing to listene to anything besides what she is screaming and just and all around unpleasant experience.I hope that general manager is questioned on her integrity immediately!!!! Will never eat at any Sonic again

I went here on my 30 minute break I ordered my food online before hand it said my food should be ready at 10:07 I left got there 10:07 I clicked the red button to let them know I sat there 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to me I ended up having to leave back to work I called to get a refund for my money and the girl took me as a joke and said “yes we will have that shortly have a good one “ I called again since she hanged up on me I asked again and she said the same thing I asked you don’t neeed any of my information or name she said yes just name and she said well have that shortly again I haven’t got anything very unprofessional the least they could’ve done is answered and said we will be with you shortly.
They always forget something or give the completely wrong items.
